As a 1956 graduate, I have never been this disappointed in a UGA team that has under-achieved in so many games. This season is a total failure, and I ask myself why. Our program today is a national disgrace. There is no excuse for the number of penalties, poor play calling and lousy defense; something must be done to correct this terrible situation.

Mark Richt needs to go as well as the rest of the coaches. They keep sticking with Joe Cox and you see what he does fumbles at the 1 when they could have scored the game tying TD then turns around and throws an Interception and lets them run the clock out. But yea according to the coaches he gives them the best chance to win they must be watching a Different QB than everyone else is. Thank god the season is almost over so Joe Cox want be abck now if they will just get rid of all the coaches.

This is the worst coached Georgia team in 30 years with stupid penalties, turnovers, and poor play calling resulting in a lost season and a virtual 6-7 record at year end as we get humiliated by Tech and whoever we play in the Papajohn’s Bowl! It’s time for a change.

I am just glad poor UGA VII wasn’t at tonights game. After putting up with this pathetic team for 10 games his poor heart could not take it anymore and he succumed to a heart attack, God is merciful. The rest of us are still suffering, but RIP to UGA VII. After putting up with this sorry UGA team for a season he deserves to go to Doggy Heaven. The rest of us deserve for this nightmare to mercifully end.

Fire Willie this week! We scored 27- Heck thats enough to win games. This is the worst D in years and Im not talking about talent. Richt will be fine. But if he does not FREE WILLY, then he is playing with matches and could get burned.

JOE Cox is probably the worst quarterback I have ever seen!!!!!!!!! I am so disgusted with how he played tonight. I mean he threw the ball right to the defensive player. What is up with that? Why didnt coach richt start the freshmen? He needs to have some experince for next year! Well Joe Cox will remember this game for a long time!!!!!

Why doe all the UGA fans want a coach like Charlie Strong who has succeeded with great players and a good coach at florida, but is otherwise unproven, when you can get a coach like Harbaugh out of Stanford, have you seen how well his team tackles? And they blew out USC, and lets be honest they did that with sub par players I want a coach like that. Or TCU’s coach or Boise States coach, I mean look at what Florida pulled out of Utah….. Urban Meyer and as much as I hate him he is a ruthless and good coach,

This game gets Bobo and Martinez fired. Another dismal performance and CMR goes with them. If CMR goes, then Damon goes also.
I vow to not renew my season tickets that I have had for over 30 years if the coaching staff doesn’t change.

That was just about as embarassing a game that I have ever witnessed. Georgia used to do what Kentucky did tonight. The tide has really changed around Athens. I am sorry to say, that it probably is not going to get much better next year, because we have no experience at QB. In this league, you have to have a QB to win and compete.

How does UGA have top recruiting classes year after year and then turn out such a dismal team ? It has to be poor coaching and decision making. Willie and Bobo are big problems at UGA (if ya’ll haven’t figured that out yet).

When Coach Richt came to Georgia he talked about “finishing the drill.” You can’t play and compete in the SEC without knowing the drill….know the rules, play by the rules, know the basics, do the basics. In other words “finish the drill.” All those turnovers and penalties indicate that at least for right now Georgia doesn’t “know the drill.”

Bo, Bo, Bo talking about rose color glasses. In the old days we judged teams on wins . I think they still do at some schools. At Ga, recruiting classes, color of equipment, how the coach looks on the side lines, seems to more important.

Why is it that it is only when the DAWGS have a bad year that the nerds from tech start running their mouths. When we won 9 in a row from them they never opened their mouths but now you would think the nerds rule the college football world. Too bad they will finish with a losing streak first the DAWGS take them out next week and then the Tigers the next week. GO DAWGS

This may be a bad sign, leg-humpers. As a Tech grad, I do feel for you – feel badly. But it just could be a great motivator for your finale against us next week – salvage the year and all…kinda like our years in recent past. These things go in cycles. Don’t let it get you down too much. I mean, it’s only a game. While you were losing, Harry Reid and Obama made sure the whole country will be losing. In the overall scheme of things, this isn’t even a blip. But it will be kinda nice thinking how you feel this morning while having that cup of coffee laced with hemlock.

Play calling, especially in the 2nd half, was terrible. King and Ealey were both running pretty well. Why wasn’t Charles used? The int to the DT was huge. Richt needs to revamp this staff. I am officially on the “Fire Martinez” train. Add Bobo to the tracks. Too much talent on this team.

The only thing I hate worse is listening to the butt kissers call in on CMR radio show. Coach Mark should be held accountable for this one and provide us some answers how we went from preseason No 1 to this nightmare. Go Dawgs.

Mark Richt is a great coach and an even better man. He and this ENTIRE coaching staff have EARNED the RIGHT to try and turn this thing around. I hope that he keeps everyone in place and that the Georgia FANS and ADMINISTRATION are PATIENT! Mark Richt is the BEST thing that EVER happened to the Georgia program! Give him 4 or 5 years to right the ship!

If Georgia fires Mark Richt, they are no better than Tennessee or Auburn. Two Programs that fired their coaches last year. Two programs that HISTORICALLY Georgia is MUCH better than. Georgia is better than that. WE are better than that!

I really hate it but, CMR probably needs to look for a job. He is way to nice to be a coach in college football. Willie and BoBo can probably find work on a South American banana farm. After a great first half, despite the penalties, the Dawgs came out looking like little lost dogs in the second half. What did they do in there at half time? They must have had a prayer meeting. On top of the defense doing it’s normal Willie job and the offense being offensively BoBo, now the special teams are in the tank with the rest. I have been a huge CMR fan, but this season now rests on his shoulders. Hey, Cox, you should have transfered.

Yo Truth, are you sure about your comments. How does UGA’s record compare to UT & Auburn this year…Auburn has had an undefeated season & UT has won a National Championship in the last THIRTY YEARS. There is an entire generation that has NO IDEA what you’re talking about… ‘the good old days… 1980…

Georgia had a workable game plan and 350+ offense in the 1st half ,,, then went pass happy… Cox has now thrown that little flair screen for 4 INT’s this season — Season done – get a real QB in there… for some meaningful play time.

Richt sets the climate.

This is not the rec department.

Every coaching staff we’ve faced this year – EVERY ONE – would be doing a better job with the Dawgs than CMR and his band of tickle fighters.

Game over.

Mark Richt is teaching these young men more than football. It would be a great loss to the Georgia Football program and the future of our country if Richt is let go. There is more to life than football. I would bet that all of you that are “screaming” this morning couldn’t remember who won games two years ago or even some last year. Complain about things that are important–kids with cancer, for example! I’m a Georgia alumni and I love Mark Richt and the character he exhibits at every game. He has his priorities in order–get yours!!
