Why are so many Georgia fans so cynical!?

Just take the game for what it was! People are rating the Offense who had no turnovers as "Good"
Then a Defense who shut down Auburn through the 2nd, 3rd & 4th Quarters as "Good"

Apparently some of you will never be satisfied with our team...

dawgs finally played a complete game with few flags and NO turnovers, with two picks from aubarn!

heres hoping that trend will continue with kentucky and tech.

it took bobo a long time to commit to the run last saturday and it almost cost us.
hopefully,he has learned his lesson and the game plan is to carry the rock until kentucky stops us.

The reason uga shows a low graduation class is because so many of their great players are great enough to get drafted into the NFL. The team, as a whole, is carrying a 3.1 GPS as we speak.
Compare that to Vanderbilt's 3.5 GPS. Pretty close. What had you rather do - spend another year at uga in a classroom or be playing in the NFL earning millions of $$$$$? Ex: Moreno and
a guy named Stafford?

From AccessNortGA.com:

White football players at Georgia and Georgia Tech were much more likely to earn their degrees than their black teammates, according to an NCAA graduation report released Thursday.

The study shows that 72 percent of the white players who signed with Georgia between 1996-99 earned their diploma within six years, compared with just 24 percent of their black counterparts.

There was a similar disparity at Georgia Tech, where white football players had a 72 percent graduation success rate. Blacks were at 41 percent.

One game does not make a season. Ga's defense has been suspect all season but the offence has also put the "D" in some tough situations. Defense is played with emotion and there has been no susrained emotion this year. Maybe it is the calm of the headcoach that spills over but we do seem to be out coached weekly by the opposing "O" coordinators. Yes changes have to be made on the "D" side of the ball.

Johnnie Danger, way to give Fabris the benefit of the doubt on short directional kicks. Don't think that Fabris is not giving Walsh his marching orders. He has always liked the directional kick theory. Unlike the pros who cover kickoffs very quickly, we don't, therefore the D-kicks should be a no go for us. It is a loser for the DAWGS.

The Irishman. A small correction from your post. The UGA football program has a 48% graduation rate. The AJC and other publications have run stories with those statistics.
