He needs to go coach at a Christian college! can any of you hear what im saying? He congratulates the boys when the screw up! He says good job! Have you read his lips? All the coaches do that! The all suck! You can’t be nice always, and college football is not a popularity contest! CMR cares to much about what people think about him. The whole damn watergirl thing needs to get out of dodge. That is embarrassing. I don’t see one other coach in the SEC or the whole college football nation doing anything like that. Richt needs to grow a pair and start cleaning house. If he can’t do that then he needs to just up and leave. I’m sure he has enough money to buy out his own contract. I mean what else does he do besides football and church?

think ricth has a man crush on Cox, Willie, and Bobo. At least he finally got Cox out of the game. Put a freshman in let him learn screw the redshirt…. where is the guy saying hey were 3-3-0 things couldn’t look better.. what an embarrasment to UGA the SEC and the state of Georgia…. how really saddd….. If things stay the same and Flordia doesn’t have mercy which they won’t we loose by 40 to 50….

Cox is a good enough QB – when you have no running game, no pass rush stoppage and receivers who drop the ball, it doesn’t matter who is taking snaps.

Could Richt at least look angry on the sidelines?! Give us something…

NC Fan you are stupid COX might be o.k. for some div 2 school. Poor arm Poor decisions not mobile. HEy the season is over let one of the young guns throw away the redshirt and learn now instead of having to do it next year… He will probably be gone his senior year anyway if he is any good….

I said it yesterdayand I’ll say it again CMR is a good coach not a great coach but a good coach.A great coach would have already made a coaching change on defense , as for offense don’t blame them that our defense couldn’t stop a good highschool team so that the offense would have more chances to score. The TV crew talking Tenn. having a career day everyone has a career day aganist our defense.

I have been a supporter of Richt. However, there has to be a change. There has to be a fire. I do believe he is to loyal. Logan Gray should have been inserted early and often and a two quarterback system should be implemented from here on out.

The only surprise of the game is that Cox did not throw more int. He constantly stared down the recievers.

At this point, Bobo is causing more problems with his lack of play calling. However, I know that the UGA faithfull is after Martinez. I think there is a lack of play makers in the secondary and I think we are too scared to play underclassmen.

It’s an understatement to say that the UGA football program is going backwards, but what else can you say but the obvious. We are truly awful on both sides of the ball. This situation is unacceptable, and it must be addressed aggressively and soon. If CMR can’t get this turned around, then we need someone who can. This is more than just a poor team effort / bad game, this is a definite trend.

Richt is UGA and everyone should stop going after him. He has built a tradition of excellence at UGA. He is a victim of his own success. How quickly we forget the Donnan and Goof years.

After todays performance changes are needed. We heard all during the pre-season how thing were going to change with the defense but so far this year I haven’t seen any difference between this years defense & last years defense. In fact it appears that this years defense is worst.

Lets face it we either have no talent or poor coaching or both.
I think the guys on our defense are good athletes but what we could use are some FOOTBALL PLAYERS (Like D. Polock,T. Davis,C. Johnson)which we seem to lack.Very few players on our defense seem to have any FOOTBALL SENSE

Can you say that CMR is totally out of his mind if he don’t make a change at DC this week? What’s it going to take to get the Bulldog Nation up in arms for changes to be made? Why don’t Demon Evans step in if CMR won’t? Do we have a bunch of spineless cowards who won’t pull the trigger and fire someone for such poor performances? Why, why, why, why, why don’t CMR fire Willie?

STEVE. TN does not score as many point is the offense plays better. Too many turnovers, too many 3 and outs, and losing time of pos. kill a defense. WM is getting killed, but it is BOZO who is killing the defense.

After last year CMR promised us changes. He lied. He’s got the same old staff during the same old things producing the same old results.
What will it take for Willie to Walk? If he don’t walk this week, he’ll never walk. It’s time for all of us to pick up the phone, call the Georgia Athletics Department and let out feelings be known. Mark Richt won’t wake up and smell the coffee … his friendship, loyalty and desire to have the coaches he wants around him is killing the Georgia football program. I wish I could say we are average but that would be stretching the truth. This Georgia team is the worst I’ve ever seen.

69 Dawg. You sound like my 3 year old. The defense has played sound and kept us in the game as long as they could. A defense can only stay on the field so long before it wears out. The offense has had WAY to many 3 and outs the past 2 years and has had critical turnovers that place pressure on an average defensive unit.

Prince Miller needs to be on the bench…no effort given to try and stop two TDs. he might have not stopped them but give the effort. Surely, we have somebody who will give the effort!

Watching the defense today made me cringe….even Rennie Curran of all people was just plain sloppy on execution today, had at least 5 limp “arm tackle” attempts. My high school football coach would’ve had him running stadiums after the game for an hour.

The defense just plain gave up today.

DAWG 332. Do you know anything about football? The top things that will Lose you a game are:
1. Ball Security – We failed 2. Time of Possession – We failed 3. Field Position – We failed

Unfortunately, many of those factors are directly related to offense and special teams play. If we win 2 out of the 3, the out come today would be totally diffent.

Look at Joe Cox’s numbers in the 3rd Quarter. TN should have hung 60 on us.

Listen, do I think WM should go, sure. However, Bobo should be out the door along with him.

Let us not forget people that UGA has not had an off week and has had a tough schedule thus far. These are not prof. athletes, they are student athletes. The defense was going to be tired going into this week. That is why it was so important for the offense to keep them off the field.

dawg 332 – Again, look at turnovers in each of the games you just mentioned, look at time of possession in each of the games you just mentioned, look at field position in each of the games you just mentioned. We lost in all 3 categories.

A defense can only take so much. Our defense is not dominant, it is average, it cannot be on the field as much as it has if we are going to win.

By the way, I am a former college football player, head coach, I know a little about football and over zealous fans who want to blame someone when a team losses. The fact is one team wins, one team losses. TN played a near perfect game.

I believe that currently we are the worst pass defensive team in the South, or maybe in the country. Has anyone noticed our linebacker play all season long. It, like the offensive line sucks. A experienced line that averages 305-310 and can’t seem to open up a decent hole for a back? They must have been ok’d to skip weight lifting over the summer! They are getting manhandled. Of course, all parts of our team on both sides are getting manhandled! Give credit to our punter and our kicker. AJ, for attempting to keep us in the games. Come on dawg fans, help me think of something positive here! I know tomorrow at 12:00, we will here that we are young and it is taking alittle longer than expected to get these young players up to speed. Hell, what about the EXPERIENCED PLAYERS and their level of play? I want to invision the coaches chewing each other out like a pack of wild dogs after a game like this! I sure that vision is not going to happen. Next week we can expect to see more of the same. 5-7 season at this level. This is being optimistic.

in our case ac they can’t do anything write somemore blogs along this line so all the future bloggers out here can learn from your great football wisdom…. or just see how big an idiot you are…… u must have played for a real loossser of a team and your pooorrr players when you were a coach. by the way i was a pro player and coach so i know a little something about football, how big an idiot do you think we are bigger than you i don’t think so….

dawgon. So the fact that you were a pro and player makes you an expert? I was just merely expressing that I know a little about football. Being a pro, and I have been around some, they will preach everything that I just preached. Limit turnovers, control the field and time of possession.

My point, if we are going to fire anyone, let’s fire Bobo.

You uga fans really are crazy, I could see how today, perhaps crazy with grief, if you think Cowher or Gruden would even think about coaching at GA. These guys have SUPER BOWL RINGS! How many head coaches with super bowl wins do you see coaching in college. Zero. College football is for the guys who can’t get past the first round of playoffs in the NFL but stil like to strut around the field like they’re geniuses(saban, carroll, etc.)
