Please explain chucking? If it is what I think it is then, how does one person beat a team i.e., Smith, the Panther receiver.

Does Atlanta have a pass rush that will affect Brady since he is alleged to release the football in 2.5 seconds?

Why did the Panthers stop Turner? Just a few little things that are bothering at the moment.

The “young guns” on defence will continue to improve over the next couple of games. There is one exception and his name is Houston. He has shown no interest in seriously playing the game. He has not learned how to cover or to tackle, and I don’t think he is interested in learning or improving. It might be that he is doing his best and his best just is not good enough. Replace him coach and the D will be much better.

Matt Ryan was brilliant. does anyone have his 3rd down conversion rate?
it had to have been close to perfect. the defense gave up too many yards but delohme was coming off a terrible game and had to respond. he has been a pretty good qb except the last 2 games. we are going to have to outscore teams for a while but the defense will come around by about mid season, they’re still young. overall we are looking good!!!

This is a new Falcon team. They are strangers in this town. I’ve never seen team-play quite like that. Not here. The players are enthusiastic. The coaches seem knowledgeable.

Love the throwbacks! Wish the switch was permanent. Afraid we saw today the defense we saw in preseason. Brees should set records against this defense. Concerned Ryan is stretching the field with some longer passes to get the safeties deeper.

if you guys watched the same game that i watched, then i was disapointed in the whole defense. carolina was opening gaping holes in our front line. after their backs broke through the line, where in gods name were the linebackers.i think that the db’s did ok for the most part, i mean they had to be worn out, they were making all the tackles for goodness sake. i bet that the defense line and lb’s did’nt make 10 tackles the whole day. as for the offense passing pretty good, but for the second week in a roll no holes for the backs to run through. think we’ll go up to new england and pull it out, that is if their offense has’nt awaken by then.

I thought the retro uniforms looked cool. The reminded me of the bad old days of Atlanta-Fulton Co. Stadium going to games with my dad. They also had a bit of a Ga Bulldog blackout look to them. Go Falcons.
