The flooding in Paulding/Douglasville areas was more than likely caused not only by a large rain event, but, BUT HAPHAZARD DEVELOPMENT, VARIOUS PLANNING RESTRICTIONS AND THE INCOMPETENCE OF POLITICAL LEADERS AND APPOINTEES! You cannot redirect millions of gallons of runoff without causing problems with the carrying capacity of the creeks, streams and rivers!!
