Do not write off all children who grow up in public housing. There too many young Silveris whose potentials are strangled and snuffed out by society at large because they constanly hear no not you because of your zip code, or because of raunchy entertainers who only want their dollars and through subliminal desturctive and suggestive lyrics lead them down the path to self desturctive behavior.

Silveri sounds like a true superstar.
We should not have to expect so much from a teacher. As a society we are quickly making choices that magnify the risks to the children and create an enviornment in which far too many of them are economically irrelevant.
I would have loved to have her as a teacher.
