SARAH B-what’s up with our resident PYT? I got a deal I couldn’t pass up in College Park. I was hoping to get something on the outskirts of the city like Lawrenceville, Stone Mountain, Lithia Springs or Douglasville, but I got a deal I couldn’t refuse. I bidded $7K more than they were asking and asked them to pay $3K in closing cost, install a new H/AC unit and make some minor upgrades.

This was a VA loan, but the appraiser made an as is appraisal and didn’t include a single code violation in his written appraisal, although the house had 3 obvious code violations. However, when he made his dollar value, he figured in the code violations. If he had included any code violations in his written appraisal, it would’ve required a followup appraisal(which he wouldn’t have been compensated for) to verify the listed violations had been repaired, which apparently he didn’t want to do.

The appraisal came in $10K less than my bid, so they reduced the price $10K and still agreed to made all of the repairs to bring the house up to code, and I jumped on it, so here I am.

BT, if it’s all about money then thats one thing but Hill is still part of the team. They must think he is a better option than Hutchins or a change would have been made by now.

I think we have got to live with the RB’s we have and as far as CB, I hope TD knows more than I do because we don’t have a lot to choose from but we do have quit a few draft picks to use. I guess we trust in TD.

Falc21, Hill is a whiff by TD, a gamble that did not work.
Hutchins on the other hand knows the defence but his challenge was overcoming injury issues and he was almost there two months ago and is big contract value (then) in no longer a concern.

Coop, the actual running game is of somewhat low priority IMO, passing and pass defense is a much bigger factor in winning.
