Interested to see what Daba Deuce’s playing % will be this Thurs against Dem Aints. Gutsy performance by Asante. Hope he can play and be effective Thurs. Also was GREAT to see Spoon back on the field flying around and making big hits. 50 yrds by the Muscle Hampster was a credit to #56 being back @ full strength

And I am probably one of the last to say it (mostly because of fond memories of past years performances) but Quiz needs to continue to get the majority of the snaps over Turner

Maybe D-Led can forward it to Mike Smith.

Where is the defense that made Peyton Manning look like a rookie? More long passes please. You have the weapons, use them. Have we retired Tony G.. Not getting much action.

Jerry was injured/inactive (thigh I think) and Sidbury was a healthy inactive. Seems like the coaching staff is losing faith in Sid

Vance was a late draft pick by the Coons. He was questionable to play also. Prob why his snap count was low

Make sure your team has their carts/stretchers ready for Thursday, the Saint s are going to hammer the falcan’ts again. Saint s own the Georgia dome.

Jason Snelling needs to see more time. Good things always seem to happen when he gets the ball. Hard runner and he catches the ball really well out of the backfield. He also looked like a better lead blocker than Cox. Put him in at FB and design a couple plays where he gets the ball.

Last game the New Orleans slammed 148 rushing yards down the fal can’ts throats, on 29 carries, that’s more than 5 yards per rush for the 67%you Georgia High School graduates.
The Saint s defense then stuffed the fal can’t rushing attack, holding them to 46 yards on 18 carries.
This time, the Saint s bring all of their receivers to bear on the fal can’t secondary.
Saint s 37 – fal can’ts 20.
Or maybe, they’ll just keep Brees in the entire game to run up the score more than that!

Morning, DLed – On Sidbury, someone noted last week that his % of impact plays is 16% vs. 11% for next best. Would you ask around to find out why he isn’t playing?

Thanks, DLed!
I hear you, it’s just the person making that call seems to be making a judgment call vs. playing money ball with the statistics that says Sidbury is one of the better linemen. Makes me wonder if a practice judgment call based on feel during the week of practice vs. putting in a gamer when the action is live is why Tebow can’t get out of Rex Ryan starting gate. Teblow must look really bad during practice, but he just seems to win
Also, there’s the momentum thing and seniority. Soooo glad to see that the coaches are seeing that Rodgers over Turner may be the answer, just wish they had seen it sooner.
Cool thing is Tebow will probably cost Ryan his job.

D-Led, please tell me where the reps are for Robert James? I read that he was the back up for Spoon. Seems like there is a lot of switching going on with the other (I must say also very talented/good linebackers) that doesn’t include James. I thought he had a great pre-season but only S/T work now. Any idea?
