If the Falcons throw the football all day long and QUIT TRYING TO RUN MICHAEL TURNER they will easily win the game on Sunday. If they run Turner the Bucs will keep the score close and make it a real physical game.

We all se how MR’s playing deteriorates game after game. Why don’t the coaches let him be off one week, and have him start fresh again??

We’re staring 9-7 right in the face people. After the way we’ve played the last couple of weeks, I don’t see us winning another game this year unless major changes are made. I know, it’s sad.

Getting past the bucs would ease the pressure against the Aints and Giants. Want to win them all, but 10 wins under your belt helps.

What happened to the flexibility on offense and defense that we showed early in the season? Basically we played NO and Arizona NOT TO LOSE. Where is the creative defensive scheming? Where is the creative play calling? Where is the killer instinct? We need to get that mojo back.

@FalconPride66…the Defense gave up 19 points, after the offense turned the ball over 6 times. I don’t know, but that seems like great defense to me. You non-believers should cheer for the Cleveland browns, because you all seem like we are 1 win with 9 loses. Child please!!!!

Bill Parcells once said, “You are what your record says you are.” He is a great football mind, and according to him the Falcons’ record says they are a great Football team.

The Falcons performance this season suggests that they are capable of beating any team in the league. Unfortunately, it also suggests that they are capable of LOSING to any other team. At this point, the possibilities for our final record range from 9-7 to 15-1. I figure they’ll come in somewhere in between the extremes, but I would consider it pretty risky to bet money on ANY of their remaining games. Better to just enjoy watching it play out.

The fact that we can win a game with Matty Ice throwing 5 picks, without our best LB (Spoon), our 2ns best WR, our center getting hurt and our best CXB being out all season… I’ll take it!

No cotton pickin way we can lose the next 6 games and end up 9-7! We’ve got 3 home games and 3 road games left. We’ve got the weakest schedule left of any contender, with the exception of maybe New England. We play the Aint’s Thursday night in Atlanta in a grudge match that we will be up for! The Aint’s may win Sunday but will come out of that game beaten silly by that physical SF defense. With a short week, they won’t be no match for us! 3-3 split the rest of the way gives us 12 wins, the division and a 1st week bye in the playoffs!

Well all the talking heads had Atlanta going 8-8 or worst this season and Cammy and the noots winning the south. So what does that tell you about the self proclamed experts? They might as well be weathermen they would have a better chance of getting it right.

Frankly, that schedule of home, away, home, away, home, away……all the way through has worked out nicely for us! I wouldn’t mind having that schedule next year, too! But looking at our schedule at the start of the season, even the most casual observer knew we were going to win at least 10 games with all those pathetic teams on it! Yes, we have flaws, serious flaws…..but so does EVERYBODY ELSE! But it’s a passing league now and we have very good receivers, a good quarterback and a line that can at least pass protect!

Lot’s of negative comments about the Falcon on the blog. They only lost one game, and the blog sound like we having a losing season. But lets get real. The Falcon are teatering on disaster. Turner playing like he got short timers disease. Ryan did look confident in the pocket, which showed in his performance. I wonder if Asante will be back. He looked really hurt last week. We have no idea what kind of lingering affect Weatherspoon injury is going to have. Same thing with Julio. They is no way to win against a very strong team without a running game. We got some big problems. The only way to calm the fan will be for the Falcon to go out Sunday and dominate the Buc. A rock rolling downhill is hard to stop.

The Houston Texans are also 9-1, but were taken to OT by the lowly Jax Jaguars. I wonder if they have the lunatic fringe standing on the ledge as well?

If Asante sits out, maybe Tampa will sit out their #22 as well….you know, just as a courtesy.

Why is it that Peyton was the only QB we tried to confuse. I know he’s a great qb but why can’t we try to confuse all the qb’s. just asking.

Hoping Julio can go close to full speed when he lines up opposite Roddy White the Falcons offense is one of the most explosive in the NFL.

Win easily? The way we’ve been playing, we’ll be beyond lucky just to win period. I fully expect an ugly loss. Our team isn’t anywhere near as good as you blind homers wish it was.

This season is a lot like last year. Lots of close wins and ugly games then one and done in the playoffs. The only game that is important is the playoff game. Our position now means nothing until we can lock in a playoff position.

If they continue to inexplicably run Turner all day they will lose again, If they can show a little outside of the box thinking, they have a fighting chance.

Ledbetter is an unprofessional Clown.

Please sit Julio Jones today!! The Bucs passing D is not good this season. Let the other young WRs fill the void and save Julio for a very tough matchup Thursday (in 4 days!!!). A high ankle aggrevation takes rest to recover. Don’t make him play twice in 5 days when you dont need him. We need Julio a lot more against New Orleans than we do against TB!! I’ll play WR at TB today!! Save Julio!!!!
