FLOWERY BRANCH – Falcons defensive tackle Corey Peters hit his 20-play snap count against the Eagles on Sunday.

Edwards is too busy talking to reporters to step up and earn his pay. He needs to play much better to keep Biermann and Abe fresh, if nothing else. Smitty is going to kill Biermann playing him 70 plays a game. I thought Dent played half decent but Spoon better be ready by Sunday.

Sidbury is 265 and runs a 4.5. There must be something missing (head or heart) for him to play as little as he does.

yea biermann is a work horse out there, but he produces. Edwards is an average defensive player at this point, I think they need to play him as such, pull the trigger and make Krot the started and sit Edwards ass down

Dled any possibilty we trade for depth and possibly make a trade to free up cap space…..ie Rey Edwards

How can they trade Ray Edwards? Who would take his contract with such low production? Did you even think this through before you posted?

I think Falcon fans are on to something, they see that Ray Edwards is a bust. He just hasn’t panned out. He’s a hot head tough guy, but it doesn’t translate on to the field. I remember Ray Edwards in an interview stating he believed he was stronger than Abraham, that might be true. But he’s not half the pass rusher that Abe is.
