Injury report: Weatherspoon suffered ankle injury
PHILADELPHIA — Falcons linebacker Sean Weatherpoon appeared in good spirits in the locker room before the team flew back to Atlanta.
He did not have a boot on his injured ankle in the locker room
After suffering the injury, Weatherspoon did not return to the action.
Falcons coach Mike Smith will give an update on Weatherspoon’s condition on Monday, according to a team spokesperson who was asked for an update.
In addition to Weatherspoon, defensive tackle Vance Walker left the game with a head injury, but returned.
Philadelphia wide receiver Mardy Gilyard suffered a hamstring injury and did not return to the game.
Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson (ankle) left the field for X-rays, but returned.

Sounds to me they knew they had the win and wanted to make sure the injury wasnt serious im just happy to see the defense still played well when spoon went down, at least it looks like the aints are bout to lose again so maybe the aint trolls will be absent this week 7-0 baby woooooo

Get well Spoon….It didn’t look bad by watching Spoon riding on the cart but with an outstanding performance and some treatment he should be eager to return.

A little nugget on ESPN stats. Ryan has a 117 qb rating with a clean pocket and a 74 qb rating when under pressure like teams with horrible lines. Yesterday he had a clean pocket. However comes playoff time, teams like the Giants, Niners will create a messy pocket.
