Monday night vs Denver at the Dome
Keys to the Game:
Defense- We’ll need our D to come out and play like they did in the 2nd half @ KC for the entire game. The plan should be simple: Get to Peyton Manning early and often and stop the run. If he has a clean jersey and has as much time as Cassel did in the 1st half yesterday, he will light us up, especially without Grimes.
Offense- We must be able to run the football. Can’t be getting in too many 3rd and longs against this Denver D. If we can run the ball, throw off of Play-Action and execute some well-timed screens, we will keep Denver’s D honest and off balance.
This is a game that we can definitely win. Peyton will turn the ball over. We must capitalize when he does.
This game should be epic, see you next Monday night Falcons fans! Rise UP baby!

Can’t let Peyton get early reads on the defense. Thats what killed the Steelers in the 3rd and 4th quarters on the Sunday night game. Steelers defense showed their hand too early which allowed Peyton to make changes at the line.
Go Falcons and don’t rush your hand.
CB thats a big ? Don’t know who Peyton is going to pick on and make his B*%#@ for the game but whom ever it is dont let him get U…..often!!!!

I don’t see why all the Falcon “fans” are trembling at the thought of playing against Manning. He is not untouchable. He did not go 16-0 every season before his injury. If you have true Super Bowl aspirations, you welcome a test like this. Bring him on. He’s in the dome. Despite a couple losses, we defend our hometurf very well. We need to be LOUD on Monday Night. Even louder than the Thursday night Ravens game. Go Falcons

are we interested in kicking the tires on Bryant McFadden or Kelly Jennings, two proven vets who are young enough to still have something in the tank & who have the size & experience to play on the outside, allowing Robinson to still kick inside on nickle coverages?

One thing for sure, the Falcon can score and they looked like they can score at will. This takes a load of the Defense. Grimes is a big loss, but hopefully we can control the clock, force some turnovers, and Franks/Owens takes the opportunity to show they can play.

We are an offense team NOT a defensive team, so why are people saying our defense needs to step up? Peyton Manning is going to shred our defense, he always does when he plays us, so its not a matter of our defense. We just need our offense to play like how they are suppose to, if that happens we will win, but to say we need our defense to play good is nonsense! Our defense has been horrible for decades. The last time we had a good defense was back in 1999, when we went to the superbowl.

There will probably be more injuries on the Falcons squad before the season ends. If you are a good football team you find a way to get the victory.I think the Falcons problem is being mentally tough. I want to see this team without Grimes beat the breaks off Peyton Manning and the Broncos.

So you think the Falcons can win an ofencive game with Denver? Guess again, Denver can play defence. Ryan had better be mobile becaue Denver will come after him and every runner that touches the ball. Ask Pittsburg……
