KANSAS CITY, Mo. — There were no major surprises amongst the Falcons inactives for Sunday’s game against the Chiefs, who will be without four starters on defense.
The inactives for the Falcons include, quarterback Dominique Davis, safety Charles Mitchell, cornerback Robert McClain, center Joe Hawley, tackle Lamar Holmes, defensive ends Lawrence Sidbury and Jonathan Massaquoi.
In addition to playing without suspended outside linebacker Tamba Hali, the Chiefs will be without cornerback Brandon Flowers (foot), free safety Kendrick Lewis (shoulder) and nose tackle Anthony Toribio (ankle), who were declared inactive.
Quarterback Ricky Stanzi, running back Cyrus Gray, tight end Steve Maneri and defensive lineman Allen Bailey were also declared inactive by Kansas City.
Cornerback Jacques Reeves will start for Flowers, safety Abram Elam will start for Lewis and rookie Dontari Poe will start for Toribio.
