FLOWERY BRANCH — Segments of today’s practice will be televised live on the NFL Network.

Practice is set to start at 3:30 p.m. and run through 6:05 p.m. The players will be in pads, but will not have full contact.

The normal broadcast rules allow for all media outlets to shoot the drills and not the 11-on-11 team activity. (The Falcons don’t want their plays showing up on YouTube.Com.)

The practice session is open to the public.

SeenThisB4… I know you’ll be lurking on here soon. You should tune in. Watch a team being led by it’s head coach from the sidelines. Oh wait, I heard the Saints have a giant poster of Payton telling all the players to “do the right thing” or something like that. What a joke. If Payton had been doing the right thing he wouldn’t be banished from the league right now.

Didn’t notice it before in previous seasons …….. but the practice jerseys have little ad patches on the shoulder.

Will the reg. season uni’s follow suit, like the NBA just adopted?

So the Panthers are moving up as the favorite in the NFC South on most analyst boards…..interesting.

Looking harder and harder in the playoff picture.

With at least 2 teams coming from both the NFC North & East, the NFC South division winner may be the only team going to the playoffs.

Just saw some camp footage of the Falcons on NFL Network. I get tired of hearing Heath Evans talk about Falcon business. The guy is biased and a Falcon hater, always has been. People need to chill out about CL50. He was/is a good LB, but he was not a playmaker in the middle. AD52 is another CL50 but more athletic. The guy played solid at UGA in both the 4-3 and 3-4 schemes. People wonder why Lofa was working so hard in the weight room that caused his injury, my theory is that he personally observed what Dent was working with in terms of strength and as a veteran new he had to step his game up.

You can’t tell much on this Falcons Practice from where they have the cameras set up to video…..look like 15 yard throws and catches out there.

Just came from up there. They had a VERY nice practice. As usual, Julio put on a show. After seeing him in person, I see the difference from last year already. He’s gonna be a great one. Everyone else looked good. I really watched the O line and still dont like Baker.lol I like what Nolan in doing. Far cry from what I witnessed from BVG in practice last year. All I want to see is the team stay healthy. As long as we can do that, we’ll be in good shape. I like where the team is headed.

So Matt Ryan says he put on 7 pounds of muscle and that will make him better if they make the playoffs.

Tim Tebow is all muscle. Just sayin…

@SeenThisB4….to come on a Falcons Blog and try to whip to life your saints banter after what your team has been through Is just sheer foolishness and wishful thinking and very elementary….If the Falcons had done what your team has done,I wouldn’t type the first letter on a Saints blog….but I’m not you am I ?

This is one of the reasons I don’t like to come on OUR site as much as I do, and that is because no matter when I come to the site here are the Saints fans always on here talking about how bad the Falcons are. I’m quite sure they have their own site to comment on but, they’re always here and not there WHY?

Who would want to watch the Falclowns?

Falcons fans….don’t let the Saints negative bloggers get to you. Many act as if the Saints have been a perverbial powerhouse NFL team for years…..NOT!!!!!! They just simply won the SB the year of the goodwill extension by the NFL and the Playoff/SB officials for that cesspool of a city because of Katrina.

Saints (43 years) overall record since existence: 43%
Regular Season Record (all-time) : 299-386-5
During their first 20 years, the Saints were barely competitive, only getting to .500 twice. First ever playoff win was in 2000 and second in 2006.

Falcons (45 years) overall record since existence: 42%
Falcons have compiled a record of 298–402–6 with division championships in 1980, 1998, 2004, and 2010.

SO PLEASE DON’T GET IT TWISTED!!!!!! Ignore the naysayers!!!!! THEY OBVIOUSLY HAVE NO MEANINGFUL LIFE!!!!! otherwise why would you be taking the time to post on another team’s blog???
