Coach Smith is not gonna get much sleep tonight for sure. He let this one slip away…….

I really do wish Matt had the “it” factor. But he does not….That arm just lets him down….

What is wrong with Roddy White?

“Matt Ryan Leaf had 350yds!!! Thank Gawd for Harry Douglas catching those 5yd dump offs and turning them into big gains. How about that deep throw to Douglas? Ryan is now the 5th best QB in the South: 1. Brees, 2.Newton, 3.Freeman, 4.Redmon, 5.Ryan!!!”

Yeah funny how they are all blameing the defense, but it seemed like the offense stunk it up to me. The D wasn’t great, and no they didn’t get allot of pressure but they made the stops when they had too and they kept the score manageable. The offense did a good job of sustaining long drives and keeping Brees off the field which i’m sure kept the defense from being exposed, but bottom line the offense needed touchdowns and too many times they did not execute and had to settle for 3. You can’t beat offenses like the saints and greenbay by getting fieldgoals. If this team wants to go any where this season the offense has to execute better.

The Blogs here are so bad some like to cheat and use other folks names to write crap in here……probably the Toad Trolls doing it trying to be cute after we let em off the hook so easy with the win,,,,,,,,,,,,,but you know after it was all over and said and done with all the remarks that have been made on this or that I have not seen one remark that I can recall that really said what the real reason why Atlanta lost the game.
So here it is for all of you and after this comment I am outta here for a few days.

If Atlanta had put touchdowns on the board instead of those two field goals at the the first half of the game they would have been up 14 – 3 over the Aints and we probably never would have had to worry about them catching back up with the way it was going anyway. You know Atlanta was one of the top teams in red zone offense and Saints were one of the worst at stopping it.

Congrats to the Saints on their Overtime gimmmie victory, Santy Klaus gave you a gift yesterday but can you win the rest of your games now and keep it ?
I’m outta here ……………………………………

Micheal M what do you mean if we made those field goals in the fist half we wouldn’t have had to worry about the Saints catching back up because that was the way the game was going, that’s homerism at it’s finest, because as well all know there are never momentum shifts in NFL games, LMAO, you ALWAYS have to worry about the Saints coming back. Drew Brees has 26 come from behind victories under his belt, so lets slow down a little on that front. We made mistakes and they made mistakes and at the end of the day our offense didn’t have the fortitude to get a few inches on 4th down for a shot a sealing the deal.

So how many drops does Roddy have for the season? I wonder if he leads the league in them.

Bottom line though is we had virtually no pressure on Brees, that is why we lost.
