Thanks DLed for keeping us updated. I know all NFL and Falcon fans especially are chopping at the bit and can’t wait for the season to start.

Cheesehead, good to have you here bro. We Falcon fans will aspire to reach the heights your team reached and we will meet again. This time it will be with Matty and Julio down by the end zone…….(who on here is a Paul Simon fan? Me and Julio down by the school yard….remember that song?) I guess I just dated myself….lol

Go Falcons!!!

@Nookah, dating yourself is illegal in the state of Georgia.

DLed, were you inside an oil drum?

@Nookah If you have to explain your comment, it probably wasn’t worth saying in the first place. Most of us got it the first time.

The falcons will win the super bowl this year but only if beirmann get way more sacks than last year and becomes a force and so does the other DT on the other side of babenieax also Dunta needs to play to his money. This could help if we get rid of norwood and use our money on a fast back like Bush to help us will have the best offense with him on the team. mismatches everywhere.

Bush faster than Norwood? Bush ran a 4.33 40 at his Pro Day. Norwood ran @ 4.33 40 at the combine.

I would prefer Charles Johnson over Ray Edwards.Due to the fact that it makes an division rival less potent.Plus he really did alot with very little help.Versus Ray who played with several pro bowlers. The running back problem could be fixed,By just bringing both players back with some incentive laden contracts. With the short off season. The Falcons would be soo far ahead with players.Who are familiar with the playbook. But if we choose to lose one or both.I pick Darren Sproles due to the chemistry already with Turner. Then Ronnie Brown because of his fit to our offense.,But there are some undrafted free agents there worth a look.

fanATicaL,
I’m with you on the Charles Johnson vs Ray Edwards. Simple stats don’t tell the whole story. However, if we know that, I feel certain the Falcons staff know it too.

I gotta say this

Is it me or does D. Orlando Ledbetter sound like his tie is on too tight lol

Personally, I doubt we pick of a RB in free agency, but if we did, I wouldn’t mind seeing Ronnie Brown in a Falcon’s uni. Us Cartersvillian’s would love to bring him home!

Way to go

Mojoman — That’s funny. I love Garrett Morris doing “Chico Escuela.” New micophone is on the way so I don’t have to scream at y’all.

I can’t remember when I was this excited about a ATL GM as I am about TD…he has reinvigorated the entire organization…can’t wait to see them BIRDS take flight.
