One thing is for certain, Chad Ochocinco is staying busy during the NFL lockout.

The NFL receiver has entered into a contract to ride a bull during intermission of the Lucas Oil Invitational on Saturday at the Gwinnett Arena.

Ochocinco will attempt to ride the bull for eight seconds. He will receive $10,000, a Ford F-150 truck and a chance to rename the bull if he has a successful ride.

The 10-year NFL veteran and six-time Pro Bowler, had a tryout with Sporting Kansas City of Major League Soccer in

March.

Ochocinco, who has been working out in Atlanta and running the track at the Marist School, started tweeting about riding a bull on twitter.com. Professional Bull Riders executive Sean Gleason issued him a challenge.

CUMMING – Falcons linebacker Stephen Nicholas has had a busy offseason.

Nicholas is watching the labor situation closely because he’s directly affected. His future with the Falcons will likely turn on the status of four-year players under a new collective bargaining agreement.

He had to make a decision on whether to sign a tender the Falcons made. He elected not to sign it and has switched agents. He wants a long-term deal and doesn’t want to play under a one-year tender if possible.

We caught up with Nicholas, who’s started 25 games over the last two seasons and has played in 65 games over his career, at the team’s ad-hoc offseason strength and conditioning program.
