I would love to see the Falcons get an impact player like AJ Green. However, I don’t think that will happen with the 27th pick. I think the Falcons will suprise everyone by getting a fast running back to go with Michael Turner. I think we have seen the last of Norwood. Remember you heard it here first.

Trade down, get more early picks. Arizona is the key. They will be willing to trade back into the 1st round for a QB. They will be willing to give their 2nd, 3rd and 5th picks. Falcons could get their DE, WR, RB and TE utilizing these multi picks in conjunction with their own picks.
2nd—Greg Little WR, NC.
2nd—Allen Bailey DE, Miami
3rd—Demarco Murray RB, OK
3rd—DJ Williams TE, AK
Think of the possibilities!

Season Ticket Holder — Good call. They might have a shot at Ingram. Is he the next Emmitt Smith?
GHunt – I think they’ll have a shot to trade down. Amassing picks is a good strategy.

This is possibly one of the more exciting drafts for the Falcons in recent years. All the uncertainty is getting me pretty anxious…there’s just too many scenarios and possibilities to call it. Should be fun to watch tonight though!
