Falcons President Rich McKay has been named the chairman of the NFL Competition Committee, the league announced Tuesday.

McKay, a member of the committee since 1994, has served as co-chair since 1998, including since 2001 with former Tennessee Titans head coach Jeff Fisher.

Fisher is no longer a member of the committee, but will continue to serve in an advisory role over the current offseason. He will not have a vote.

In recent seasons, the committee has focused on issues of player safety. Last season, they revised the rules for overtime in the playoffs.
The committee, which studies all aspects of the game and recommends rules and policy changes to NFL clubs, consists of the following members:

Rich McKay Atlanta Falcons Chairman
Stephen Jones Dallas Cowboys
Marvin Lewis Cincinnati Bengals
John Mara New York Giants
Ozzie Newsome Baltimore Ravens
Bill Polian Indianapolis Colts
Rick Smith Houston Texans

The Coaches’ Subcommittee, which makes recommendations to the Competition Committee, consists of the following current and former NFL head coaches:

John Madden Chairman
John Harbaugh Baltimore Ravens
Mike Holmgren Cleveland Browns
Sean Payton New Orleans Saints
Andy Reid Philadelphia Eagles
Steve Spagnuolo St. Louis Rams
Mike Tomlin Pittsburgh Steelers
Norv Turner San Diego Chargers

Dawg fan,

This is normal behavior for many bald and/or short men. They are compensating for their insecurity over their inadequacies. In other words, they are saying to themselves “I can appear like I have it all together even though I really wish I did!”

Falcon Fan,

I’m sorry you’re short in height and anatomy…bald too?

If your anatomy is too short to create any noticeable sensation perhaps you may consider a trans-gender operation where concavity is desired over convexity. Afterward, buy you a nice wig and some bright red lipstick!
