Falcons ticked with Saints for posing on their logo

Former Falcons defensive line coach Bill Johnson posing with some of the Saints on the Falcons logo after Monday Night's game.

The Falcons are ticked off about the Saints posing for pictures on the team’s logo.

Also, Saints defensive end Remi Ayodele told CBSSportsline’s Pete Prisco that he urinated on the Falcons’ logo.

The Saints were celebrating after beating the Falcons 17-14  and securing a spot in the playoffs.

After the game, the Falcons were unaware of the Saints celebration. The team didn’t practice on Tuesday or Wednesday.

However, one team official, did speak with NewOrleans.com’s Brian Allee-Walsh about the Saints’ celebration.

“Believe me, that didn’t go unnoticed, not just by our players and coaches but by our owner (Arthur Blank) and front office people,” the Falcons’ official said. “It did not go unnoticed and it will be remembered.”

Ironically, if the playoffs break a certain way, the Saints could return to the Georgia Dome for a divisional round playoff game.

In order for the Saints and Falcons to have a rematch at the Georgia Dome, the Falcons need to beat Carolina to secure the top seed. The Saints would then have to beat the NFC West winner in the wildcard round to get a return visit to the Georgia Dome.

Believe me, if the Saints can win a SB the Falcons sure can and will soon. Matter of fact will win probably more than one before the Saints will ever win another.

Why do you mouth breathing idiots go to opposing teams’ blogs and make comments as if you yourselves are on the team?

Bwhahahahahahahaha. This is by far the dumbest thing I’ve read all day. The Falcons just aren’t good enough to win a Super Bowl. Plus the city of ATL doesn’t deserve one…because it’s filled with a bunch of lukewarm, passive fans.

Falcons Fans!! Monday Night was your opportunity to prove that your team were REAL contenders. You have a nice little team but no where near the caliber of the SAINTS! I you guys believe that your Coach didn’t open up the playbook for this game you obviously do not know anything about football. It’s really sad that it takes this kind of thing to get your team motivated! And your owner, quit crying!!See you in January!!

SAints fans are big fans because what else is in that city? No baseball team, no basketball team. What else is there to be fans of. I think the Ga Dome has been sold out all year. Thats not lukewarm fans.

How can the road run through N.O. when you won’t even get a home game in the playoffs? You guys better begin worrying about the Bucs and forget us for now. I will be laughing when they beat you in the Unsuper Dome. Saints will finish the season on a losing note.

By the way, NO does have an NBA team…the Hornets…who by the way beat the Hawks in ATL shortly before the Saints did the same to your Falcons.

The Saints have been sold out since 2006 with a waiting list of about 180,000. Atlanta cannot boast that. Saints Fan’s travel with their team. Falcons don’t.

You are right, we don’t have a basketball team? The Hornets are a high school team that just plays in the New Orleans arena. Oh wait, they just beat the Hawks on Sunday night.

At the end of the year all of the Saints idiots will be saying” Man I really didn’t think they were going to win a Super Bowl but they did”. ” My world has come to an end because I can’t say the Falcons will never win a Super Bowl anymore”. “Thats the only line I had for them”.

This is how the SuperBowl will run through New Orleans, 1st you are going to lose this weekend and we are gonna beat Tampa Bay. If you happen to win, then you will be facing either Green Bay or New Orleans in your first game. If it is Green Bay, they will be coming to New Orleans to play in the NFC Championship game.

I think there is a better chance of the Saints getting beat by Tampa Bay than the Falcons losing to a 1-14 team at home. Sorry guys no Division Title and home field advantage this year Wild Card winners.

Aging players? Lol. Man, our oldest receiver is 26. Oldest running back is 25. Oldest lineman is probably 28. Oldest d-lineman is 29. Yes, you are right, we are aging. How old is Abraham? And I’m not referring to one in the Bible.

They are 2-13, just like Tampa Bay was last year before they beat New Orleans, at home, after we lost our first game to Dallas. Similar circumstances. They ended their season, 3-13. Don’t worry though, you guys are in the playoffs, and you have another winning season. Ask Arthur Blank to order a ring that says winning season.

How old is your QB now who is the main reason the Saints win any games? 31? Thats when the injuries start like this year. Our QB is 24 and getting better every game. Matter of fact Gruden says that the team hasn’t caught up to him yet. Just think what will happen wen they do. Falcons headed up while Saints will soon start to decline.

If you are talking about a quarterback, age is irrelevant. How old is Brady? How old is Manning? Hell, how old was Brett? Brees is the least sacked quarterback since 2006, yet he has more completions and pass attempts than any other quarterback. He has 400+ completions in 3 consecutive seasons which is an NFL record. It has only been done by in 1 other season.

The difference between last year and this year is that Tampa was a team that was getting better with good young players. Look at them this year. Carolina is just a bad team thats not getting any better and will get rid of their coach at the end of the year. Tampa had Josh Freeman. Carolina has Jimmy Clausen.

We beat that Tampa Bay team in Tampa 31-6 during our stretch run. We don’t overlook teams. Isn’t that the same team that was a bad spot on 4th down from beating you at home, and the one that you won with a bogus intercept that hit the ground?

As for Carolina, they have some of the best running backs in the league. Goodson and Jonathan Stewart are gonna run wild on you.
