Falcons ticked with Saints for posing on their logo

Former Falcons defensive line coach Bill Johnson posing with some of the Saints on the Falcons logo after Monday Night's game.

The Falcons are ticked off about the Saints posing for pictures on the team’s logo.

Also, Saints defensive end Remi Ayodele told CBSSportsline’s Pete Prisco that he urinated on the Falcons’ logo.

The Saints were celebrating after beating the Falcons 17-14  and securing a spot in the playoffs.

After the game, the Falcons were unaware of the Saints celebration. The team didn’t practice on Tuesday or Wednesday.

However, one team official, did speak with NewOrleans.com’s Brian Allee-Walsh about the Saints’ celebration.

“Believe me, that didn’t go unnoticed, not just by our players and coaches but by our owner (Arthur Blank) and front office people,” the Falcons’ official said. “It did not go unnoticed and it will be remembered.”

Ironically, if the playoffs break a certain way, the Saints could return to the Georgia Dome for a divisional round playoff game.

In order for the Saints and Falcons to have a rematch at the Georgia Dome, the Falcons need to beat Carolina to secure the top seed. The Saints would then have to beat the NFC West winner in the wildcard round to get a return visit to the Georgia Dome.

Suwanee:
They take pictures of meaningful games. This one clinched their playoff birth. They also did it in Dallas after the game because it was their 1st Thanksgiving Day game.

You are from Georgia. You know how the media tries to make something out of nothing.

Wow, Falcon fans really hate New Orleans. I enjoy reading the comments. Ya’ll got your underwear in a bunch because you think someone urinated on your Falcon logo and you do not actually have video of him doing it. Worry about your team beating Carolina and getting the number one seed. Remember you are trying to go where we have been already and nobody gave us sh$$t.

What is going to happen when I log on here on Sunday night and the Falcons are the 5th seed? Like you all kept trying to compare yourselves to the Saints of last year, why are you stopping now. Last year, the Saints lost to the Cowboys at home after going 13-0, in an emotional game. Then they played SORRY Tampa Bay the following week at home. The Saints jumped out on them 17-0 in the 1st quarter and didn’t score again because they were emotionally drained. They lost the game in OT 20-17.

Don’t think it is impossible. The Panthers have been resting since last Thursday night’s game, its their season finale, and all of their players are fighting for positions. If you played football, its just like the Spring Football game.

Wow! one win by a meager 3 points and all the frustrated, beaten Aints fans come out of the closet again. I guess the last ten weeks have really taken its toll on them. They weren’t even the second best team in the NFC last year. Yes, Green Bay would have kicked their A– the same way Minnesota did. They survived monday night. There was no “beat down”. Aints better stop boasting about one game or risk getting beat by a hungry with nothing to lose Tampa Bay team. Either way, I have no doubt that the Falcons are the better team THIS year and will show the Aints a real beat down in the playoffs when it really matters.

The falcons only blip of offense was a single TD drive that was built on 50% penalty yards! If not for penaties (92 yards and negated Colston TD versus 10 yards against Falcons) and two bad mistakes by Brees, the it shoulda been 24 – 3. Don’t worry, the Saints won’t give up so many penaties next time or mistakes because that are the only reasons the Falcons even made it to playoffs! Without some lucky bounces and bs ref calls, the falcons are easily 8-7 and out the playoffs! Saints will be back soon except this time we will be bringing our running game and Ivory so can’t wait to come back!
BTW, I was at the game and watched the whole scene happen, as well as hundreds of fans and media and it was just the D line guys taking the usual quick pic in middle of field as they have done every game since Dallas and walked back off! Nobody stomped or danced and the only supposed quote was from an unknown CBS blog guy that is using bs to get readers! Remy said We “POSED” for a picture, NOT pissed! Seriously are y’all dumb enough to even believe that? If so, I have a wealthy cousin in Nigeria that needs to move $100 million dollars out of country and he will gladly split it with you if you send money for the transfer fees first! LMFAO

I truly understand the urination incident in the Georgia Dome -

Remi Ayodele’s urination, metaphorically speaking, is that of a defensive lineman who had given his all for his impoverished City. The “pee stream” was a symbol of the Mississippi River drowning the Falcon logo, which was a representative of our federal government.

In conclusion, Ayodele was the symbol of his beloved City of New Orleans figthing with a “river of pee” against an evil empire, the federal government portrayed by the Atlanta Falcon’s logo.

NOTE: If he had “pooped”, I had a better analyses.

We ought to be ashamed for losing this game, we were not focused, and did not execute. The falcons allowed this to happen. You start the way you want to finish, (I know we lost to the Steelers), but my point is, finish these last two games off strong, with wins. We could have rested our starters this weekend. Now no one respects us.

Man, do you already get the feeling that the Saints Fans are acting like they won the superbowl on Monday night! Dang, I really didn’t know how good the Falcons were until I saw the way the Defense played Monday. This team is playoff ready. By the way… I believe the season series is no even 1 game each and points are dead even… Am I right? Let’s see 27 to 24 – their kicker chokes and 17 to 14 – Michael Turner’s drops the ball and more importantly, Brees sticks with the play on the interception by Abraham. Looks like 41 to 41… maybe a third game will decided all the marbles. I am a life long Fans fan and my money is on them!!!!

So y’all give these N.O. fans a break, after all, they are chasing our tails, right!!! We sit in the number one spot, not N.O. And cut the joke and comments about Katrina. That was a disaster. What the Saints did on our fall compares nothing to that. No one lost his life on the field Monday night. We all, including real Saints fans, lost respect for the pi$$er, even if it isn’t true. That’s one nasty B@$t@rd to have made that statement!!!!

At least you can still buy a drink and not be given a bedtime in New Orleans. Here in Atlanta, they roll the streets up like Mayberry. Hey, even Mayberry may have a better nightlife than Atlanta does now! Thanks again city of Atlanta for giving us all a bedtime!
