Falcons ticked with Saints for posing on their logo

The Falcons are ticked off about the Saints posing for pictures on the team’s logo.
Also, Saints defensive end Remi Ayodele told CBSSportsline’s Pete Prisco that he urinated on the Falcons’ logo.
The Saints were celebrating after beating the Falcons 17-14 and securing a spot in the playoffs.
After the game, the Falcons were unaware of the Saints celebration. The team didn’t practice on Tuesday or Wednesday.
However, one team official, did speak with NewOrleans.com’s Brian Allee-Walsh about the Saints’ celebration.
“Believe me, that didn’t go unnoticed, not just by our players and coaches but by our owner (Arthur Blank) and front office people,” the Falcons’ official said. “It did not go unnoticed and it will be remembered.”
Ironically, if the playoffs break a certain way, the Saints could return to the Georgia Dome for a divisional round playoff game.
In order for the Saints and Falcons to have a rematch at the Georgia Dome, the Falcons need to beat Carolina to secure the top seed. The Saints would then have to beat the NFC West winner in the wildcard round to get a return visit to the Georgia Dome.

Are ya’ll dumb enough to believe that quote by Remi? He was asked a stupid question, and gave a stupid, (yet classless and immature) answer. As far as the game, stop crying already! The better team won that night. As for the rematch, it is not definite it will be during the divisional round. If the Saints beat the Rams, and the #6 seed, (currently the Packers) beats the #3 seed,(currently Philly), then the Falcons would play the Packers.

I forgot to add, if the Falcons play Geen Bay, they won’t get past the divisional round. Rodgers is not going to fumble on the goal line again. I thought the Viking fans were whiners, but Falcon fans have them beat by a mile.

Stop this nonsense about arresting players for urinating. Players urinate on the field all the time. Mark Schlereth always talks about how players piss on themselves because they can’t leave the sidelines. So there would be no arrest for “indecent exposure.” Trust me….nobody is whipping it out at midfield to take a whiz.
Also, why is it that Roddy White mouthing off on Twitter wasn’t worth over 1000 comments on the blog but this picture thing is? Falcons fans are bitter right now. Because the curtain has been pulled back and now we see that the Wizard is nothing but a little man. The Falcons aren’t as invincible as their fans thought.
Saints exposed how to defend them. Other teams will mimic the defensive strategy we used AND teams will use the same strategy the Falcons D used to slow New Orleans…..Let’s see who can adjust and keep winning games. . . until then.

OK, I will admit it. Atlanta is the greatest city in history. Their music scene is better than New Orleans. They have better restaurants than New Orleans. Atlanta has no crime. Atlanta has better music festivals than Jazzfest. It is more fun to be in Atlanta for Halloween and/or New Year’s Eve than New Orleans. Fishing is better in Atlanta than in the Bayous and Gulf near New Orleans. Underground Atlanta is better than the French Quarter and the Garden District. Mardi Gras, Super Bowl, Saints “Dress” parade, Krew Du Vieux and all the other parades aren’t as good as whatever parades they have in Atlanta. The Varsity has better food than Domilise. Buford Highway is nicer to walk than St. Charles Avenue. The Coke museum is better than the D-Day Museum. The architecture in Atlanta is better than in New Orleans. (At least it is newer in Atlanta, all post 1865.) The Georgia Dome is better than the Superdome. Atlanta is more walkable than New Orleans. The Peach Bowl is better than the Sugar Bowl. The fans at Atlanta home games are louder than Saints fans in the Superdome. Gladys Knight is better than Louie Armstrong. The sun comes up in the west. So what?
I get it. You are just the greatest. But, what does that have to do with football or the playoffs?

As a Falcon Fan, I will not condone the Katrina remarks, they are indeed a bit much, even if its made to be a joke. However, I will say that several of the sAINT’S Fans are provoking the few idiots on here to make the off the wall hurtful comments about Katrina, we have always and will always be arch rivals and the trash talk helps keep the rivalry more interesting; but lets stop with the hurtful comments brethen, while there isn’t any problem joking about our cities in general, we need to respect the lives destroyed/lost during unfortunate natural disasters/events. There is a very distinct difference between Football and Personal Lives, lets keep it Football. With that said, I hope the Falcons beat the sAINT’S into the ground when we see them in the Playoffs!!!!!!

We’ve consistently been up around 30pts a game and a lot of that was without our full offense. We still don’t have our full offense. Ivory is a difference maker. I’ve never said the Falcons weren’t a good team this year. I think y’all are one of the best in the league. However, I’ll put our experienced team up against anyone come playoff time. I really hope we end up back in Atlanta. Imagine what the week leading up to that one will be like.
