Falcons ticked with Saints for posing on their logo

Former Falcons defensive line coach Bill Johnson posing with some of the Saints on the Falcons logo after Monday Night's game.

The Falcons are ticked off about the Saints posing for pictures on the team’s logo.

Also, Saints defensive end Remi Ayodele told CBSSportsline’s Pete Prisco that he urinated on the Falcons’ logo.

The Saints were celebrating after beating the Falcons 17-14  and securing a spot in the playoffs.

After the game, the Falcons were unaware of the Saints celebration. The team didn’t practice on Tuesday or Wednesday.

However, one team official, did speak with NewOrleans.com’s Brian Allee-Walsh about the Saints’ celebration.

“Believe me, that didn’t go unnoticed, not just by our players and coaches but by our owner (Arthur Blank) and front office people,” the Falcons’ official said. “It did not go unnoticed and it will be remembered.”

Ironically, if the playoffs break a certain way, the Saints could return to the Georgia Dome for a divisional round playoff game.

In order for the Saints and Falcons to have a rematch at the Georgia Dome, the Falcons need to beat Carolina to secure the top seed. The Saints would then have to beat the NFC West winner in the wildcard round to get a return visit to the Georgia Dome.

You Saints fans are funny. You pick off Brett Favre to save yourselves and kick a fluky on side kick to get momentum on the Colts. Just think if you didn’t recover that kick. Manning would have embarrassed you on National TV. Now you think you are the 49ers of the 80’s. Don’t make me laugh.

Packers should’ve won that game…but as usual, bad calls saved the Falcons. The Packers (even with all their injuries) are a better team than the Failcons.

If? If? If? If Eugene wouldn’t have gotten arrested for messing with a “street walker” you may have won a Super Bowl. If the Saints had beaten Carolina in the finale in 2008, you would’ve hosted a playoff game and wouldn’t have lost to Arizona in Arizona? If you were the better team, you wouldn’t have lost to the Saints on Monday night.

The New Orleans Saints players are a direct reflection of the citizens of the city and the Saints’ fans….TOTALLY TACKY AND CLASSLESS!!!!!

Hell they urinate in public in the French Quarter, especially on Bourbon Street, so why would they do anything different at the GA Dome????? I’m not surprised at all and neither should anyone else be surprised that has ever visited New Orleans. The epitome of LOW CLASS!!!!

Patriots also lost to the Browns. Ravens lost to the Bengals. Eagles lost to the Vikings with a 4th string quarterback.

Saints lost 3 in a row to end last season.

Birdawg24, I guess we bash Saints fans about Katrina because we get so tired of the media beating it like a dead horse. It happened 5 years ago get over it. Gulf Port, Ms got hit just as bad or worse but did we hear about that over and over again? Maybe cause those people pulled themselves out of the rubble and took care of themselves like real Americans. They didn’t sit around crying because no one was coming to help them. thats the reason I didn’t want the Saints to get to the Super Bowl. Because we would have to hear about it over and over again.

The only thing about all the people who LOVE New Orleans, then why in the hell didn’t they go back after the government bused them all over the country?
Why because first of all the Mayor was too stupid to listen to the warnings, and secondly the people were too stupid to leave. They were waiting on, as they have their whole life, the government. Well, all those school buses that were under water could have helped the city of New Orleans and the state of Louisiana to get up state. But they didn’t and everyone went to that piss poor place they call the Super Dome.
Well, one thing, the AINTS won’t get to play in that dump after Sunday. Secondly, if the World Champions were only so good that they won when the Falcons played the worst game on offense all year, with a fumble on the 1 yard line, then let them celebrate. The Saints must think they have obtained something great considering they need to take pictures to commemorate their win over the best in the NFC. I guess they forget we beat them in September and if they cross our path again, we will beat them again. Brag about your 8-2 record against a team that had Joey Harrington twice as QB and Redman last year in a game you barely won. Concentrate on this year, in which we are 1-1. If we play again, the Falcons will just use the AINTS as a stepping stone to the Super Bowl.

And to make things worse, the stupid people in New Orleans re-elected Nagan AGAIN. I guess they wanted to blame Bush while the Mayor and Governor refused help to begin with. I feel for the people who died and what the city went through, but if someone warns you for over a week to get out and you don’t, then who is to blame. I guess the very people who pay their welfare each month, the government.

Great Falcon Fans:
Thanks for giving my New Orleans people your homes, jobs, and spouses. We truly appreciate your hospitality. LMBO. I’m just being facetious to these idiotic redneck comments on here.

Katrina hit an ENTIRE city, not a small area of a city like in MS or like Austell, or like a strip of Downtown Atlanta, or a wildfire in CA, or a flood in the Northeast that happens every year. Maybe the people in the Midwest are terrible people too since they live in Tornado Alley.

Also, I went to Charleston in 1989 when it got hit by Hugo. The place was a total disaster but did you hear about it like we did with Katrina? No. Because once again those people pulled THEMSELVES up out of the rubble like real Americans and took care of themselves. Not cry for someone to come and save them.

It wasn’t the Hurricane that caused your damage if was the levees breaking. The worst Hurricane on record in our lifetime was Andrew, and it displaced over 500,000 people in Homestead and surrounding areas south of Miami. I didn’t see them busing people all over the country. The city of New Orleans had less than 400,000 and now has less by 250,000 and 125,000 of them are on welfare.
Quit bragging on a city like that. Stupid mayor is what caused the issue there.
