I can see why some of our fans dont get there on time what is there to see but Jenkins dropping passes…Heck, did he even make one catch last week? If they had cheaper bud lite, I would go.

SeenThisB4,
It amazes me what a masochist you obviously are. Nobody, NOBODY, on this blog likes you but you keep showing back up. Very few people in this world would repeatedly go where they are hated. What is it with you man? Do you enjoy being scorned? Do you like the fact that everyone thinks, no KNOWS, you are an idiot? What are you even doing here. Have you been banned from all other football blogs? Just go away !

Your story was wrong about free tickets. Not the bucs. The rays are free.
Bucs would never have problems selling out. Fooball is king down here.

Alright Joe….out of the pool…
Jenkins has been injured and hasnt played a down yet this season.
SeenthisB4, do you know *anything* about football? Do you actually *watch* games?
Like I said before….it was PURE luck you got the ball in that situation (great athleticism and presence by those players also).
How about when the refs tried like hell to take the ball away from Snelling when he was obviously down?
Why dont you get your head out of your gumbo and just admit that the NFL refs cant do the job. Its not about one side or the other. Its about hiring blind old men to officiate a game played by extremely faster, younger, and stronger men.
As we say here in the south….Bless your heart.
I wonder how many here saw SeenthisB4’s post right after the game when he said he wasnt even an Aints fan.
Moving on to SF…..the Falcons should really watch out for this game. After last year, when we beat the 49ers like a marching band snare drum….they are going to be looking to return the favor. This is a team at 0-3, that shouldnt be. We must win this game.

BS waynester….which way u want it? Are you going to be the judge of who is supporting properly?
I don’t care what color underwear you have on. How about showing support at the first whistle instead of sitting in the parklot chugging beers until 1:30.

Ueeediot: Do you really believe that I was here blogging on the AJC right after the game? I was at the game, dimwit, I didn’t get home to later that evening, posted my thoughts then and left, and I have never said I wasn’t a Saints fan. That was probably YOU posing as me, posting that drivel. But, what do you expect from a second class online newspaper blog covering a second class franchise? Exactly that sort of thing. Here, I’ll demonstrate it for you:

I hate the falcants. They are a no class piece of dog turd from a low life infested city called ATL. WE should have lost that game, and we don’t have the intelligence to realize that the refs helped us the entire game and if it weren’t for the refs, we never would have been in the game in the first place. I hate myself! Good luck Saints, may God bless you all and forgive us our moronic pro falcant posters.

As I said, whatever floats yer boat…you seem to be saying if I’m not at my seat before kickoff the team will suffer and I just don’t buy it. As a show of support, I’m perfectly willing to forgo tailgating altogether and I’m always willing to make some noise but other than a show of appreciation to the team, I just don’t believe it makes a difference one way or the other. Nevertheless, I will join the crusade and pledge to do my part….

waynester: All kidding aside, yeah, you should be in your seat for opening game ceremonies. In the Big Easy, they don’t have to bribe us to show up early with discounted food and drinks, but then that’s the difference between you bandwagoners and real, diehard, veteran Saints fans.

Thanks that’s all I’m asking. Quite frankly, I am tired of seeing empty seats at kickoff, especially when the seats are filled when I watch on TV.
Given the last 2+ yrs this regime has given don’t you think they deserve the token?

Actually, as I’ve posted before, the rabidity of the fans is one of the few things I admire about NO, and I’ve been on the “bandwagon” since 1965(the team entered the league in ‘66, announced in ‘65). As I recall, the AFL had made a deal with some businessmen in ATL to join that league and the next day, Pete Rozell flew into town to make sure any new franchise in Ga joined the NFL. We did , and the AFL awarded their franchise to Miami. Ya’ll were founded in ‘66 and started play a year later….

Injury report comes out later today. NFL does not require disclosure until Wednesday afternoon.
I’m more curious about the Saint’s injury report. DB and PT were hurting at the end of that game.

People do not arrive early to Atlanta home games for numerous reasons. The main one is Atlanta (Charlotte, Jacksonville) is a transit/transplant city. Most people that live in the city are not from Atlanta and do not attend home games. The main supports are outside 285. With the traffic and travel time they make it by the mid-first to second quarter. The same for hawks games.
