Falcons Cheerleaders recently completed their OTAs

FLOWERY BRANCH – While the football squad has been putting in some offseason work, so have the 2010 Atlanta Falcons Cheerleader squad.
They recently had a retreat and working out he kinks on their “Glamour meets the New South” theme for the 2010 season.
The purpose of the retreat was to help the rookies blend in with the veteran cheerleaders.
They also were up at 7 a.m. every morning for 60 minute full body workouts which included running, squat thrush and jumping jacks.

Marcus — The Cheerleaders work hard, too! And well, there wasn’t an OTA session today.
JB Falcon — I don’t think so. They were well proportioned, athletic and quite fit.

Did you see the snippet w/Mike Smith talking about Matt Ryan on yesterdays’ NFL Total Access? I caught the end, but I think this year (health pending) will be nice for the ATL.

We’re going to need updates on thier new scheme changes as well DOL. You know if they were up at 7 they were really up at 4:30 to get that hair done on time.

PMC — They went running at 7 a.m. I don’t think the hair has to be in place for the running portion of the retreat. With 40, I think they can run the 10-10-10-10, with 10 cheerleaders in each corner of the dome. But perhaps we’ll get Ms. Waters by to explain the formations for us.

why do you falcons keep whining about the saints on your vent? two losses to the eventual superbowl champs should not weigh so heavy this long after last season, or, are you just warming up for this seasons whuppin’ that the saints are gonna put on ‘ya ?

Please, provide more photos, so we can, um, get a closer and more detailed look at our cheerleaders. It is the southern thing to do, to ensure we are able to get a good look at our ASSETS.
