DOL,
you have the better inside info, but where do you see a consistent pash rush coming from? That seems higher priority.
Besides, a 1st round OL means playing time right away…. which ain’t happenin’ if McClure is still around.

Yes, your team won superbowl, but you did it without class. None in the NFC championship game and none after the SB. Look what peyton did with JJ’s bottle of wine, no class. You cant even keep from saying the f bomb in a blog. We’ll see what happens this year when you have 6 teams off bye’s & you get a tougher schedule.

Wow! The Wonderlic results are in – Tim Tebow with his score of 22 is 10 percent smarter than Mike Vick, a bit over twice as smart as Jeff George, and barely over half as smart as Alex Smith and Eli Manning. But he’s over 4 times as smart as Vince Young.

Atlanta’s main needs are on defence, i think we can all agree on that. “Defence does not win championships, it gives your offence the chance to.” said Warren Sapp. OL will have to be addressed i just dont see it in the first round. Atlanta will take Spoon in first & a OL in the second with a yet to be annouced com. pick is my hope and prayer & i will continue to have that positive view till i see otherwise. Waiting to spend way too much on SB tickets in dallas to see atlanta take its first.

Tate isn’t even the best WR in the draft. He’s projected as a 2nd rounder. Reaching for him in the first will be like what Detroit did for all those years. Get a DL or LB then get a WR in the 3rd. There are plenty of them to go around. How many 1st round WR busts do we need?

AintsXLIV–The Aints won’t be one of the NFL’s favored teams in 2010,and will not be getting as much help from the zebras. They will have a tougher schedule, and hopefully they will have as many opponents coming off of Bye Weeks, as the Mighty Falcons did in 2009. AS for injuries, there is no way that the Aints had as many, as the Mighty Falcons did for the entire 2009 season. The 2010 Aints will be lucky to finish 2nd in the NFC East, and even make the playoffs as WCard. Your moronic chant will change to WHO DAT WAS??

D. Led, why would you “waste” a 1st rounder on a big ugly to sit the bench for a year or two. You can pick up a developmental center in the 3rd or 4th round. We need a starter with that 1st pick, and preferrably on defense.

It’s a two horse race for the NFC South crown next year. The canthers and succaneers will be vying for the doormat title. I think the saints were 8-8 in 2008, don’t see why that can’t happen again in 2010. The Mighty Falcons will, without a doubt, be on the top of the NFC SOUTH at the end of 2010, the saints might not even make 2nd place. The Mighty Falcons WILL DEFINITELY “show the saints something”, around here, we call it a good old-fashioned a$$kicking. It will be, “WHO DAT WAS???” for the saints.

SaintsXLIV, your username speaks for itself. It says I love my Saints (now). Winners have won before so they act like winners. Losers that finally win act like horses asses because they don’t know any better. Growing up, if you got your butt handed to you over and over by a brother or friend. You don’t finally win and then brag. If you did, you’d get your butt kicked. Hopefully by your dad for being classless. Keep chirping, it says more about you than you know. The year I was fortunate enough to see the Falcons go the Super Bowl, I was humble and appreciative and I’m that way win or lose. Congratulations to the saints for winning the Super Bowl. I am glad that they, and their fans are enjoying the triumpth. But I hope that they are not anticipating a repeat this year, as I would hate for them to be disappointed. FACT IS, the saints had to play their a$$es off to squeeze bye the Mighty Falcons in 2009, and they required a significant amount of assistance from the refs, even then. IN 2010, the Mighty Falcons will crush the N.O. saints.

Glad that they won, we get to play them twice, but ya’l overboard popping off like ya’ll the Dynasty of the decade, Alot of teams win one(why my Falcons haven’t boggles me) but thats sports, a lil wisdom for these non football fans, not only must you have a team that matches up to par, you must also avoid injuries, ride a lil luck, and the body of work year in year out tells weather or NOT the team is dynasty worthy, example, (and I hate them) Colts, why cause every year they finished at least12-4 or better, and demand that teams come with their A game,( here comes my point) that only have one ring because of the other factors like injuries and luck which cannot be drafted. SO Stay on topic which is NOT the Saints and two talk like you accutally watch football sometimes and three no matter how much I hate to see folks bragg I didn’;t like the Katrina comments this is about football, now blast me to shreads 4 whatever rubbed your skirt wrong ladies!!

I dont get on here often but would like to comment on the Falcons draft needsI agree with most I hope we go after an outside linebaker Graham, Witherspoon top (2) but after looking at combine numbers I say convert Taylor Mays speed power big time prospect 5 star coming outta high school
Nicholas,Lofton, Mays damn thats yought speed coverage and power, with two 3rd round one being
comp for Cb signed by Baltimore with 1st one take George Selvie and second one take Jacoby Ford 4.28 White, Ford, Douglas, Jenkins and Gonzo and Norwood on field together spreading defense thin damn then bring Turner in to punish them hit’m with speed then power mmmm. Both sides of the ball awesome .
