VJ, honestly, has not been on the blog since he posted that he would be taking a break. He has not seen, nor have I mentioned to him, any comment since then- which was before DOB responded to his post. And you really can’t expect me to not say anything when comments are made about him. Of course I have his back. We share a home and a lot in life. I would expect anyone here to do the same if they were in a similar position. I have not defended him, I have not done anything but said that he has not been on since he said he wouldn’t. I will let him respond, or not, as to his personal feelings when he choses to do so. It’s his decision to make on what he wants to share. It has nothing to do with DOB or any other post on the current blog.
And if you cannot differentiate between my opinions & VJ’s and chose to think of us as a single entity, I don’t know what to tell you. We have had many a discussion about our differences in opinion, both pertaining to the blog topics and other things.

Figment, you’re always getting into it with someone on here. As soon as you appear (your moniker), you start right off with a comment that’s meant to piss some, or all, off.
Who does that? A figment does, that’s who. One that has an author that uses several monikers that’s here only to aggravate & irritate the people that want to use DOB’s blog for what it’s intended for.
You say you’re a retired fireman? HAH!!!!
Firemen have to learn how to live together, due to the long hours they spend with each other at work. Many more than most people do when they work 9-5.
Firemen, basically, have to know how to live with each other.

I can’t even begin to tell you how wrong you are. But I know nothing I saw will change your (incorrect) belief that I a) have told VJ what DOB posted or b) that VJ has posted under different names. So do whatever you want. It’s not a me problem. Why don’t you ask DOB where the names you claim were VJ came from? He can tell you that they are not from our IP address.

Sorry guys, I’m gonna have to veto the Upton trade if involves the package you’ve been discussing (Teheran, Ahmed, EOF, Bethancout [who TOBF assured me was untouchable just a couple weeks ago, btw], and ‘others.’)
I wanna see Gattis and Teheran play for us, for nearly free, and maintain some flexibility to address other needs. We’ve already signed one Upton on the basis of “tools.” Not really eager to double down on another.

contrary to popular belief, i feel a lot better with simmons at ss then the trade off between bourn and upton.
though upton is only slightly above average defensively.
bourn was damn good out there. great routes, great breaks, and could go gap to gap.

I thought the Texans would be one of the teams in the SB, before the season started – and through a good part of the year.
