I’d rather have GATTIS over PARRA. He’s ours, and we need to see what he brings to the table before going after someone else. If we don’t land BOURN, I’m for staying out of the LF dumpster until ST is well along. A trade is always a possibility at some point in February-March for a good player like GERARDO if not he.

Freddy and JHay neither hit too well against lefties last year. Mejis or Gattis could sub against lefties and could provide a useful DH in the thirteen away games we play against AL teams before the trade deadline. Freddy has had eye and knee problems and Mejis would certainly be a better fit as a temporary replacement than what we had last year. Give them both a long look in ST anyway.

Redskins win next week vs Cowboys and were NFC East Champs.
But if we lose we can still get in even if the Giants beat the Eagles.
To get it we would need the Rams to beat the Seahawks OR the Lions to beat the Bears.
Or the Giants to Lose along with a Lions victory.
BUT
If the Giants Win, Cowboys Win, Rams Win, Lions Win
The Redskins, Giants, and Cowboys will all make the Playoffs.

Well, apparently he tried pitching in 2011, but I can’t find any stats… but he was a hitter last year.
Former top pick converting to pitching for the 2011 season. Athletic. In high school, Harvey had a 94 mph fastball.

Hi, folks. I’m so sick of being sick. Regarding Leverage, I thought it funny that a week ago the commercials referred to the Christmas episode as being the season finale. Now they’re calling it the series finale. I know they were waiting on TNT to decide their fate; at least the producers got to end it the way they envisioned. Wasn’t their biggest fan, but it was entertaining…
