Hasn’t cost us a game yet

If George is willing to kaput Gwinnett, I can only imagine what McFann would do if there was no more Mac.
S/O Soph and McFann
Like always jeffery misread and misinterpeted my post. I was not and will not blow anything up. The point I was makeing was bloggers and McFan would be VERY UPSET and would blow up th blog with thier posts if BRAVES did not pick up BRIAN’S option, the fans would be VERY UPSET to lose both CHIPPER and BRIAN in same season.
October 20th, 20128:15 pm
Like always jeffery misread and misinterpeted my post
1) Like always??
2) I read it plain as day. You said, in a Dr. Evil voice,
If BRAVES do not pick up BRIAN’s option this blog and GWINNET COUNTY [ where McFann lives] will BLOW UP
3) You spelled my name and McFann’s name wrong.
October 20th, 20128:17 pm
Unbelieveable! DAWGS loseing to Kentuckey.
October 20th, 20128:18 pm
I like Angel Pagan in CF for us next year.
October 20th, 20128:19 pm
Dawgs can’t play defense or handle the kicking game, at least so far tonight.
October 20th, 20128:20 pm
Hanson and Constanza for Fowler… wow.
October 20th, 20128:21 pm
folks on twitta are smarter than that.
Looks like UGA needs Nolan as their coordinator. The D isn’t looking so great lately
Noles vs. UMiami starting up. Should be an easy victory…
October 20th, 20128:22 pm
But not blowen up by me you IDIOT, lately you have become as stupid as BAS.
October 20th, 20128:23 pm
Then who’s going to blow up Gwinnett??? I need to know, I live here.
George, no need for name calling. I just need to know if this is a legit threat or not
October 20th, 20128:35 pm
Fight, fight, fight!
October 20th, 20128:36 pm
Ga kicker knocks one (FG) in bouncing it off the upright. Did you like that one jeffrey d?
October 20th, 20128:38 pm
I won’t be POed until we’re loosing to them.
October 20th, 20128:59 pm
I didn’t say Morgan was incredible. I said he hasn’t cost us one yet. I wasn’t sure what your brag was about
October 20th, 20129:00 pm
I like ANGEL PAGAN in CF for us next year.
October 20th, 20129:04 pm
FOWLER maybe, but that leaves us with having PRADO lead off if we don’t secure a LF who can. PRADO is much better suited to being a second hitter. He’s one of the best in that role I’ve seen in a long time.
McFann :Ô: :Ô: :ô:
October 20th, 20129:08 pm
jeffrey d was just being funny…good lord, no need to call him an idiot…

I see where Sabathia is scheduled to visit Dr. James Andrews over an elbow issue. Almost makes me feel sorry for the Yankees. Almost!
October 20th, 20129:38 pm
Hello everyone! I change my idea on Cuddyer…… I’ll stay with Pagan in Center if Braves can’t sign Bourn? I like the idea of Justin Upton too. Pagan if no Bourn, and Justin Upton if Braves can pull off a trade?
October 20th, 20129:40 pm
Justin Upton is still linked to Braves on trade rumors too.
October 20th, 20129:44 pm
I want Bourn to be looked at first, before Pagan, and Braves to go after Justin Upton. They have the players to trade for him too.
October 20th, 20129:58 pm
Nice to see that our coach (FSU) knows the rules… play better in the 2nd half, fewer penalties.
Though admittedly, the NFL replacement refs must be working the game tonight…..
October 20th, 201210:00 pm
The concept of defense is lost in the Big 12. It is 42-31 at halftime in the Baylor -Texas game.
October 20th, 201210:02 pm
good lord, no need to call him an idiot…
I was very offended
October 20th, 201210:06 pm
The concept of defense is lost in…..
Every conference but the SEC.
October 20th, 201210:08 pm
All, have a good one I’ll leave you with the rest of the night with Homer of A-town sports, and No where man…….Have fun with those dirtbags, and Peace my friends, and “Go!!!!!Braves!!!!!” talk tomorrow…..
October 20th, 201210:22 pm
Your guys lost their running back TOBF
October 20th, 201210:32 pm
October 20th, 201210:46 pm
But yeah, Gwinnett’s safe, right? Nobody’s gonna blow us up?
October 20th, 201210:49 pm
Don’t worry, Gwinnett. I’ll protect all of you.
Even the meanies out in Dacoola.
October 20th, 201210:50 pm
We’re not meanies. And Duh-Q-luh had their 10 year reunion last week. It was a ball
October 20th, 201210:52 pm
I heard HooRah… gotta step it up though, it shouldn’t be this close. FSUs too talented.
Have not been impressed with Georgia all year.
Nonetheless, they get a chance to put it all on the line next week in Jacksonville and if they pull off the upset, they will waltz to Atlanta – where they will get blasted by BAMA.
I suspect Florida puts UGA out of its misery next week. It could get ugly.
A questionable running into the kicker penalty saved UGA in Lexington tonight. The same KY team who just one week ago, stopped a game early due to weather, and oh yeah, “hungry” players.
October 20th, 201210:53 pm
I think I’m the only one who actually moved closer to the school, though (seriously…I could walk)
October 20th, 201210:55 pm
Yeah, Dacula’s not really mean, we didn’t even pay attention to them when I was in high school. The real meanies are Parkview and Brookwood.
Where did they hold your reunion? We had our 10 last year, didn’t go. From the pictures I saw, there were only 20 people there.
It was at one of the suites in the Gwinnett stadium. They flashed our logo on the big screen. There were plaques in the suite that commemorated special players. There was one plaque….I don’t remember what but it was something along the lines of “Grittiest” ….Constanza won it last year
October 20th, 201210:57 pm
I wasn’t going to go, but I got a text from my friend. Our convo went like this
Him: You gonna go?
Me: Fine I’ll go.
October 20th, 201210:58 pm
@BrandonMellor: Penalty count: #FSU 11 for 112 yards. #Miami 1 for 5 yards.” ridiculous.
Conspiracy!!! Injuries not helping tonight either…
There were maybe 50-70 people? Our graduating class had around 450
October 20th, 201210:59 pm
There were maybe 50-70 people? We had 450ish in our class.
I was 64th
October 20th, 201211:01 pm
Sounds fun! Ours was poorly planned and they ended up having it at a bar downtown. I always envisioned reunions being more intimate venue wise. Was kinda disappointed.
anyone wanna play football for the noles? they may need you at the rate we’re going. losing just about every good player we have
October 20th, 201211:02 pm
Oh great…it posted after the blog said it didn’t
October 20th, 201211:04 pm
It was fun but weird. There’s people you were acquaintances with in high school….you’re not sure how to greet them.
And then there were the “Oh my gosh, HEY!!!!” people who came up and hugged me and I couldn’t think of their names.
jeffrey d But yeah, Gwinnett’s safe, right? Nobody’s gonna blow us up?
Not me—I mean, not only would I blow a lot of my family members, but I’d also blow up BMac…and what good would that do me?…
I wasn’t worried about you, McFann….was worried about George George
October 20th, 201211:07 pm
I knew braves news would be Scarce when Chipper E. Jones threw that Chopper away but this is pathetic. Can Caroll or Vivamore write a new blog.
October 20th, 201211:08 pm
Jeff Francoeur is probably still here too. Who would want to blow him up?
October 20th, 201211:09 pm
Careful—don’t get him riled…
Oh yeeeaaah…forgot about him…
Uh oh, nobrains man is here…
Chipper Jones @RealCJ10
Gators took the Cocks out behind the woodshed. Now a showdown with the Dawgs for the right to get ur butts kicked in the dome against Bama!!
October 20th, 201211:10 pm
Who would want to blow him up?
George George. I just can’t get over the fact that he would want to blow up Gwinnett just because the Braves didn’t pick up McCann’s contract. I mean, what did we do to you, George George?
And how would you even have a bomb that would specifically blow up the exact shape of Gwinnett County and nowhere else?
October 20th, 201211:11 pm
Wah-wah-wah – I want a new blog…
NOWHERE, you have chased all the good posters away with your moronic obsessive bullcrap. If you don’t like it now, go elsewhere dirtbag
October 20th, 201211:13 pm
NOWHERE, you have chased all the good posters away with your moronic obsessive bullcrap
1) So you’re saying we’re not good posters??
2) That’s exactly what he wants. Why would you point that out??
hell yeah, we might go 80 more pages on this one, it has happened before,
jeffrey d And how would you even have a bomb that would specifically blow up the exact shape of Gwinnett County and nowhere else?
That would be a heckuva trick…but at least we’re not one-a those really oddly-shaped counties…
Oh well—never intended to stay up this late on a Saturday night…But I do enjoy these impromptu chats—we should do them more often!…
October 20th, 201211:14 pm
Jim, what did PL or Paul do that has him being called the banned one etc? For those of us that came in late.
October 20th, 201211:15 pm
but at least we’re not one-a those really oddly-shaped counties…
Yes we are!!
he acted just like you, we are patiently waiting for DOB to can yer arse too
October 20th, 201211:16 pm
All these people here claim to have all this baseball knowledge and everyone else is an idiot or moron. I doubt many of you played baseball beyond HS.
Obscene ranting and raving…
October 20th, 201211:17 pm
Hey, VJ’s here? Can you bozo nowhere man? Bozoing posters seems to be your area of expertise…
Angry words!! And something against WAR!!
October 20th, 201211:18 pm
TOBF – that is a nonsensical comment on your part…
And Brian McCann’s FAT!!!!
October 20th, 201211:19 pm
players are often dumb as dirt about the game dirtbag, just listen to many of the tv commentators
October 20th, 201211:21 pm
Breaking: Red Sox have hired John Farrell as manager, signing him to multi-year deal. Official announcement coming soon.
October 20th, 201211:22 pm
My granddad pitched 8 seasons for the Boston Red Sox during the 50’s and although he did end up with a career losing record he did beat the Yanks six straight times. He knew more about baseball than anyone I know.
October 20th, 201211:26 pm
Listening to the streaming Buffett concert in Vegas on Radio Margaritaville – a week from tonight we’ll be there watching him at the MGM Grand…
October 20th, 201211:29 pm
Buffett also is a good author with books of fiction and non fiction.
October 20th, 201211:31 pm
My grandad pitched in the Cardinals’ minor league system but was called for duty in WWII. He was injured and never made it back to pitching.
Also, I miss him.
Out for a while to walk the dogs.
Yall be good.
October 20th, 201211:34 pm
I have two other family members who were in WWII. God bless them all.
October 20th, 201211:50 pm
Jon Morosi @jonmorosi
Source: In John Farrell trade, it appears one player will go in *each* direction. So #RedSox will get a player from #BlueJays too.
October 20th, 201211:52 pm
Jon Morosi @jonmorosi
Source: Player going from #RedSox to #BlueJays was a major leaguer in 2012.
Hmm, who would the Jays want… Ellsbury?
October 20th, 201211:56 pm
My Grandfather played SS for a mill team in Jefferson, GA throughout the 20’s. Those teams were semi-pro teams, the players were recruited, given a job at the mill and a house for their family. It was a good living and the teams were very good, many guys went on to play in the minors and majors.
And, BTW, he was in WW1 and my Dad (who passed away 10 years ago today) was in WW2. I would have gone to Nam, but I was 4F…poor vision.
October 21st, 201212:01 am
Jon Morosi @jonmorosi
I’m told #BlueJays are getting an infielder. And no, not Will Middlebrooks.
Aviles? Pedroia? haha
October 21st, 201212:13 am
DOWN ON THE FARM
DESERT DOGS will out tonight 12-11 in the bottom of the ninth.
NICK AHMED supplants ED SALCEDO at the DH slot. Neither player has impressed with the leather, but at least NICK’s been hitting. So ED sits, and NICK slides into his slot in the line-up.
DH NICK AHMED [.381 BA] 1-4, 1 R, 2 SO.
RHRP CORY RASMUS [7.712 ERA] 1.1 IP, 2 H, 1 HR, 1 R/ER, 1 BB, 0 SO. Meh!
October 21st, 201212:15 am
Jon Morosi @jonmorosi
Mike Aviles going to #BlueJays, source confirms. @bradfo was first to report.
Expected that… wonder who goes back to RedSox? Probably a minor leaguer..
October 21st, 201212:30 am

October 21st, 201212:33 am
Someone mentioned back a couple of days that MIKE OLT would be a good get for our OF. He’s batting .444 currently south of the border. Went 2-3 tonight. The kid’s raking down south early in the season.
October 21st, 201212:34 am
TEHERAN and CONSTANZA for OLT. Maybe….
