Bourn is playing at a level that will make him in our price range tho..
I still think his AAV of 15 million a year is too much for us. He’s getting five years, 75 million. If he falls into that price range, Phils, Nats, Giants will all be involved – thus, the price range will go up.
He’s probably not going to get the seven year, 126 million though. More like 75-100 million over five-six years.

the offense for the first 8 innings was pathetic against a two bit pitcher. really bad at bats by both freeman and bourn in the ninth. freeman over swinging as usual. bourn, the lead off man, didn’t even put it in play with chance to take the lead. not the at bats of champions.
now watch the fish come back and win it in the bottom of the ninth.
