I am glad that we have Andrelton as our shortstop of the future than Yunel Escobar who really have not been that great with the Blue Jays.

Truth be told is that Yunel has a pretty offensive OBP in .295 this yr. Coupled with his dumb lackadasical play at times (he still has made some doozer of mistakes up in Toronto), he was no big loss.

We have been better off without him.

I have no comment on thelatest action — it does not merit a comment.

I never did like Yunel as a baseball player. I agreed with how Bobby Cox dealt with him when he was here.

“The Falcons need to move away from Turner as the primary back. They always seem to coast in the fourth quarter. That lack of urgency has come back to haunt them in the playoffs”

So do you think we should go more with Jacqizz as the primary back????? It might be doable, you never know unless you give him the shot to handle more carries. Turner has given us alot of mileage — he had been a good citizen until this incident. Hope he never does that again ever — even in his post football life.

I am glad no one got hurt or worse.

Did I directly say we had budget restraints “this” offseason? Or just in general?

Hard to say really. For the better part of this past year you’ve been stating that the team needed to trade Uggla because of Budget restraints. Or, that Uggla’s contract is prohibitive. Now, when the team has a core of young player, you worry signing a veteran could prohibit keeping those young players.

This year, next year, the year after. This team has plenty of room in the budget without making trades of Uggla, or avoiding a free agency.
