The Rev hits a weak ,bone in his throat, dribbler that Desmond absolutely butchered and The Rev is standing in the post game interview with the phones on his head talking to Chip.

All the Nats have to do is win one of these. We’ll see if they can, but if they do, we’re down 7.5 with fifteen to play. That means we’re looking at that one-game playoff thing. Yippee.

Good win in the end though.

I was wondering about that, Chop Chop…it didn’t seem like his pitch count was that high, yet he is pulled…could’ve been big trouble if it went into extra innings and we’re forced to play Martinez, for instance.

“I would rather people take us lightly,” catcher David Ross said before Friday’s series opener against Washington. “Philadelphia came in here last year and played us really good because they knew we were dangerous, and we didn’t play well and they swept us. Then the Cardinals beat them. They underestimated the Cardinals, in my opinion. I would love if a team underestimated us. So let’s just let this thing play out.” – david ross – oh really??? he fixed his mouth to say that !! :???:
