It is kind of strange how much more often the Braves win with Constanza or Johnson in the lineup. Guess FG hasn’t noticed that yet. Still has his blinders on.

this hitting is ridiculous. We have been unlucky with Overbay’s drive and with Chipper’s and Heyward’s drives. They all just missed but close only counts in horseshoes and grenades

You have to score runs to win in MLB.

We cannot do that anymore. Very BUMB. And Booable.

So many chances stranded in this one. Good game by Huddy but not his fault.

Have to keep this as a 2 run game — its getting late.

We lose this and I see a repeat of last yr. Not good.

we are still sitting pretty for the playoffs but games like the last 2 against no name pitching as well as the games versus Colorado don’t give me much confidence that we will advance far in October, even if we get past the play in game.

What would we do when we face 3 top pitchers?? We showed our prowess against Philly recently. Unless we are in “hot” mode we will have a quick exit

I do not like Japanese League starting pitchers because most of em are not very good.

Kuroda is about the only good one that came over and in time we will see what Yu Darvish will do. He might be an exception.

Most of em are BUMBS like Dice-K, KK and Irabu, and Nomo was really no great shakes overall.
