This is the most streaky team in baseball. There’s just no consistency.

They are either losing 8 of 10 or winning 8 of 10. No in-between.

As a Braves fan going back many years, I think it might actually be better for the club if it did NOT get a wild card, Obviously, Atlanta is a better-than-.500 reasonably good team but NOT among the top tier and would have little or no chance in the playoffs. Fredi is a nice guy who would be successful as a coach, but, truthfully, he needs to be replaced. If the Braves get a wild card, he will be around next season. The team needs to be restructured, bring in some new faces. This bunch collapsed BIG TIME last year and seems quite ready to do it AGAIN with the same manager and most of the same players. Use the core of good players, get a new manager, and get rid of some dead wood.

Should of pinch hit for McCann see if we could hurt his feelings. Please Carroll do you have to get postgame comments. We know Freddi will say Huddy gave us a chance to win and we had a few chances to score but the ball didnt fall in the right spot. Maybe Freddi should have someone kick him in the ass instead of patting him in the back. But all we have to do is lose every series and we dont have to look stupid like last time we made it. This team needs to be blown up. Keep Freeman, heyward, Prado, Simmons, Medlen Krimbel and O Flaraty and the hell with the rest. OH FIRE the loser .

Marlins GM on Uggla:

“If somebody wants to give him five years, good luck to them,” Florida owner Jeffrey Loria said during the November’s General Managers Meetings. “He’s 31 years old.”

Another contract that the Braves will have to eat.

Seriously, didn’t any of you see this weekend series shaping up like this before it started? Fans were idiots to think that the Braves would continue to dominate the Phils. The Phils are playing free and easy and better and the Braves are playing like they have a chicken bone stuck in their necks.

It’s not fun being right when you say the Braves are gonna choke again, but the proof is playing in front of you right now.

Bench and Lopez weren’t big as a house and half blind.

Mac is totally screwed up mechanically and half blind, which i think is the actual problem, and hurting in the shoulder, or else his refusal to get in shape, ever, has caught up to him already.

Uggla is so pitiful. If I looked at a box score and saw that he went 3-4 or even 3-5, I’d rub my eyes and look again to make sure I read it right. Then I’d check another paper or web site to see if it was a typo. Then I’d check to see if they were errors that the scorekeeper, Mike Uggla, gift wrapped for him.

Lord that 6,7,8,9 canyon in the order is where rallies go to die.

September 1st, 2012

Rejoice! There is good news! There is good news for the Braves!!!!!…

Football Season is here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For 22 years I was a season ticket holder. This year I gave my season tickets away to a Boys Club. I will never buy another Braves ticket as long as this current group, Liberty, owns them. To them it is not about the game. The Braves talk “play the game the right way”…., but it is all talk. Uggly has been a drain on this team since the first day he came and struck out! He is a head case and he has killed this team. Winners make winners! Losers suck everyone else down to his pathetic level. He loses more games than he helps us win! To continue with him and to keep running Tommy Hanson out there, reminds me of Einsteins definition of insanity …., “continue doing the same thing expecting different results”! It ain’t gonna change!

Wren has to seriously consider firing Fredi and NOT exercising the options on Huddy and Mac. simply wasted money.

If he can find somebody to take Uggla off his hands at about half the cost? DUMP HIM.

All this time there really never has been a fire sale in Atlanta. Always just trying to hang on and kid themselves they are 1 or 2 minor tweaks away. Not willing to take 1 step back to take 2 or 3 steps forward.

The bottom line is that the most worthless guys on the roster right now are the ones making the most.

The day Wren said he thought The Braves have what it takes to be a World Series team, I thought…oh no. They’ve been sliding since then. I wonder f Gonzalez has the make up to keep a team stable when it comes down to brass tacks ? I sure don’t feel ESPN’s math showing a 80+ percentage probability of the team making the playoffs is at all accurate when the human element is factored in. I wouldn’t give them better than a 50/50 chance.
