I dig. I miscalculated on how barren these seas would be when considering your navy has a team in first place of the WC race. What’s up VJ? I think I read somewhere on the blog you went to the series in San Diego. Great spot for a park huh? Did you ever go up on the Marriott roof top lounge outside of left field where you can see into the park during games? Great spot. Really nice outdoor lounge too.

The hotel we stayed at has a bar on the 9th floor that looks into the stadium. If we had wanted to, we could have watched the game on Tuesday from there (you can even see the big screen they have on the back of the batter’s eye so we could have seen the TV feed also)

Great city. Certainly can’t beat the weather. That whole gaslamp area has a lot to offer as far as dining and partying. One of my favorite stops.

DOB, I really wish the AJC wouldn’t put advertising for Cheetah on your web site. I hate seeing these ads day after day.

Braves will be the home team for the wild card…Medlen will outpitch somebody’s LH pitcher, and we will go on to the next round, which I predict we will also win, with Hudson, Minor, and Maholm winning. That lets Medlen lead the charge in the first game of the NL championship round (whatever it is called).

I don’t know the schedule but I would assume the 1 game playoff will be right after the regular season. So unless we can stretch out a little lead and secure a spot early the starter will just be the next guy in the rotatiion.

Hopefully we can just hang on and make it but it sure would be better to secure early and be able to set up the rotation so that if the pitchers keep throwing like they are now that Medlin can start the wildcard game!!!

D-Rooks are cleaning the TWINS’ collectives at the moment 7-2.
Soph CF LOGAN ROBBINS [.400 BA] is on fire in the first two games of the play-off series. After a .167 BA start in ROME earned him a demotion to DANVILLE, he finished off the season in moribund fashion by hitting at the same pace as UGGLA is currently…..average-wise that is. However he’s frought out a new found stick in these play-offs. Tonight he goes single, double in three AB’s, and so far has driven in three of the Rookies seven tallies.
