Us real fans know this team is very good and have the potential to go all the way. We have belief, hope and support. Not hate.

One step at a time. One game at a time. Starting with tonight.

So unlike Bobby.

I’m really tired of Chip and Joe making excuses…Ross has to make that play. It was an awful throw.

Well, that should help stop any arguments about losing D when the Rev plays 2nd.

So, let’s argue about the offensive drop when he’s in vice Uggla. :)

Lousy call by the ump, Desmond was running inside line. Ross should of drilled him in the back.

And THAT is why Fredi should be axed! WTF oh that last play!? Bobby would have been tossed and the umps would have been shaking in their boots after blowing that call!

brian

nj braves – not an awful throw. You throw to 1B and if the guy is in the field of play he is hit by the ball and called out. You don’t throw the ball into RF to avoid hitting a runner out of the baselie

brian

August 22nd, 2012

No replay needed of course for the lousy call letting the runner get to 1B

Brian… Yeah, he was out of the baseline, but Ross needs to give Freeman a chance to catch the ball. You don’t throw it in the runners back and hope the ump gets the call right…too risky. Ross needs to make sure he gets an out there.

Wonder if Braves can hit in batting practice. Hell Nats are stack have a forth outfielder that get in and a starter in AAA that can come up and win. Still say this is going to be an ugly road trip.

I’m not that enthusiastic about having Pastornicky play second, but the other side is that I don’t like Uggla either. At this point, you could lay a big turd between Freddie and Yanish and I would be satisfied.

Hey HOFamer! Think you might want to see a pitch or two? Think that maybe the reason you aren’t coming through lately in these situations is because the opposition knows you have the patience of a rookie and are chasing first pitches at an alarming rate?

Just my personal opinion here, but I believe that if Medlen were allowed to be a starter for an entire season, he could very well bring the Cy Young back to Atlanta. You can’t convince me that this kid is not a legitimate top of the rotation pitcher. Not after what he did prior to his surgery and how he has carried himself since being inserted in the rotation.
