He is 2-1 with a 3.09 ERA in four career starts against them, with three quality starts. I like those pitching matchups for the Braves. A sweep would be sweet. It’s possible—Braves are a good road team this year

The Braves need a good boost of confidence by winning the series just to help them keep an edge going forward! Go Braves!
Really like this team right now, especially when Simmons returns and Janish/Pastornicky is the back up.

Agree technut. With about 40 games to play, we need to win about 22-25 to make the playoffs (92-95 wins will likely do the trick). With 6 against the Nats, the division is within reach as well. GO BRAVES!

Pitching is only going to get us so far. We’ve got to hit the ball and score runs. The Dodgers shut our bats down. We can’t let the Nats. do that. GO BRAVES !

If they sit Uggs and McCann may have a chance, but not likely.

We are not going to do anything this year. I hope i am wrong. We always get a “work in progress” aka Sheets. Six man rotation is smoke and mirrors. Will simmons be healthy enough to help out?

“Tim Hudson is 0-2 with 8.53 ERA in two starts against Nationals ”
and then you have Huddy’s usual “Huddy after a Braves loss” stat. Wonder which stat is stronger, we’ll find out in a few hours!
