Has Uggla’s BA increased exponentially and, if not–get the overpaid bum outta there…..what has become of this great game when hovering around a buck fiddy earns a guy a trip to the All Star game and a New York Times Best Seller List book on how to become a multi-millionaire swinging at hot dog wrappers. I really don’t harbor any ill will toward Dempster, as he was apparently worried about his geographic location in regard to a special needs child. But if I were a Cubs fan, I’d be pissed. That team was screwed once his feelings were known. The Dodgers had ‘em over a barrel and refused to cave. Hope he likes that Texas heat…

Minor has picked it up lately.Pitching like he did in Spring Training when it looked like he had put it a together.
He is the only stating pitcher who started the season in the rotaion and who still remains.
JJ, Beachy, and Hansen are on the DL, Delgado is in the minors and Huddy started the seasn on the DL.
