As someone said on an earlier blog this AM, it’s almost unheard of to lose an extra inning game by more than a grandslam. Of course, we Braves fans know that if there is a way to lose a game the Braves will find it. BTW, there is only one way the Braves can be successful the rest of the season with FG as the manager. That would be for him to do the exact opposite of whatever he thinks he should do in any given situation. Practically everything he does as it is turns to “mud”!

Tourettes has many different possible symptoms but it is pretty rare in adults if he actually is an adult. He is the same guy who has blown up here b4 and rampaged about religion and threatened folks. I don’t know if he is the actual Dentz, but he has definitely done the same thing here several times. He could get off his meds for whatever exact condition that he has.actually he hug around longer than he ever managed B4 going off this time

BTW, I think Braves fans were “had” last night on the after game comments with FG. I think since it was so late they just played an earlier one from a loss. It was eerily similar and the same old tired questions and answers. Honestly, those things remind me of some of those press briefings in Washington. Could someone please answer a very sincere question for me? Are all the ATL TV, radio, and newspaper people afraid of Fredi Gonzalez. I get that feeling in watching his post game shows. It’s like they are “walking on eggshells”!

Hudson didn’t put up with Alfonso Soriano’s pimp job a few years ago That sparked a two-year uproar between the Braves and Cubs that involved Hudson, Soriano, Ted Lilly, Edgar Renteria, Francisely Bueno, Ryan Dempster, and Jeff Bennett to name a few.

The at-bat that hurt the most last night was Bourn’s based-loaded strike out in the 9th. I give him credit, he battled that at-bat, but in the end . . . lets face it. If he had hit a single, we’d have one the game 2-1. No need for extras and everyone could have gone home before the wee hours.

Didn’t they recently film a movie around ATL about zombies? They should have hung around and shot some scenes today. I’m sure the Braves will be looking like zombies after that loss and not getting much sleep last night. I imagine a lot of them didn’t get to bed before 3AM, depending on where they live. The Giants actually had it better, all being in one hotel, and probably close by. Then there BMac who probably had to get back up at 4AM and 6AM for the regular feeding. Wife has to sleep sometime you know. Probably gets the day off today. In fact, know the brilliant field general FG there will most likely be at least 2-3 good players missing from the lineup. These games are just not as important as the games toward the end of the season, in his mind.
