Kimbrel has been efficient with his pitches lately. Two outs with seven tonight and I think it was a seven pitch, with two strike outs, save in the last game.

Tens of thousands per AB and he’s .221, not even televised, if he participated at all. [WHY was he there to begin with!?]

Typical of this org: spend a ton of cash on a few players to sell jerseys and get butts in the seats. When the wheels fall off mid-season “shore up” the team with a low-dollar cast-offs (Sheets being the latest). If they perform, they don’t return the following season. Rinse, repeat.

So watching Melky basking in the light with his new svelte physique got me thinking: so clearly we have a training staff that ould not get Melky to lay off the donuts, but San Fran does. And the same trainers can’t seem to convince B-Mac, Freddy, Hinske, Fatcisco, or Diaz either. Maybe we need to hire the Giants trainers.
