With that lineup and Minor v. Garza tonight, looks very much like the Braves will end this homestand 4-6 and limp into Philadelphia to face a Phillies team that still owns us (as eveidenced by the earlier series this year – one that took a miraculaous comeback to avoid a sweep)

For sure. I’m not torn up over his not making the AST—just sad his year has been so sour that he didn’t deserve it, if that makes sense. A little R&R should do him good, though. Gonna be weird not seeing him at the ASG, but it should be worth it, no doubt…

Did Chipper turning his head really slow him down all that much? I mean, he was out by a good 2 steps. Had he stopped, turned around, stood there and assessed the situation before continuing home he would have been out by 3 steps, so… yeah, not that big of a deal.

In KC, Chipper will be presented with a tweaked, off-road version of a Power Chair, from the Scooter Store. This comes at little or no cost to Chipper. The Scooter Store works directly with MediCare and MedicAide.
This is a one of a kind Model 10 Power Chair. The seat itself, can actually be raised ten feet, for the perfect deer stand. It also has a built in spittoon.
This Model 10 is an improvement on the JD Drew model, that keep breaking down and was unreliable.

Fredi has a flowchart that he has to use when constructing his lineup.
1. Can a lineup be set, using only players on your team (DL, Minors, Opposing Team players are ineligible), that goes L – R – L? If Yes, turn in lineup card and take a nap. If No, proceed to question 2.
2. If a lineup cannot be set the follows L – R – L, can one be set that places players in alphabetical order (no help in spelling player names or with correct order of alphabet will be allowed)? If Yes, turn in lineup card and take a nap. If No, proceed to question 3.
