Well, this rally was not expected but a pleasant surprise.

Man, 2 run shot —– No way could we expect a 4 R inning.

And another HR for Simmons and his offense is getting respect from opposing pitchers. No way did we expect him to hit like this. Small sample size but——

Hey, nice surprise.

Of course he didn’t homer with the bases loaded earlier….

Simmons should be sent down and that right now.

The Braves need to continue grinding out at bats, but it will be tough against the Nats pen. Plus, the Braves bullpen needs to be in good form tonight if the Braves want to win the game.

I warned you Fredi was going to do this. He was going to be fooled into believing Durbin was actually a decent reliever and start using him in more and more important situations.

Though, to be fair to Fredi, no one else in the relief corps is stepping up. Still, Durbin is the same awful reliever he’s always been.

Add Durbin to the list of bums that Wren brought in. What a pathetic joke. Durbin, Hernandez, Venters, Varvaro, Gearin. All should never see the MLB level again this year. Worst bullpen in baseball.

Any manager that uses Durbin in a tie game is either stupid, or retarded. Luckily, we have one that’s both. Someday, Frediot will figure out Durbin is a joke. Maybe not this year. It’s almost July and he’s still trotting him out there. Pathetic loser. I refuse to spend money to watch this team play until Frediot is replaced.

I like Heyward. Huge potential. But I wish they’d leave him at 5 or 6. He isn’t ready for the 3 hole. Of course, in Fredis defense which I don’t do often, we don’t have a 3 hitter right now!

Durbin was the wrong choice to begin the 8th inning to be sure, but O’Flaherty and Venters have had their share of troubles against right handers this year. Tough call. Venters will definitely allow Durbins run to score though.
