Jerry, again – Oh yeah… NONE of Uggla’s errors in the 2008 ASG led to runs so he didn’t give any game away to the AL. None. Not a single one. None at all. But I know you hate facts, so I’ll stop giving them to you now. LAG
It matters not whether the errors caused the NL to lose that game. He was 0 for 4 with 3 strikeouts and 3 errors in 4 innings. That is an embarrassing showing. In a way, I hope he makes it again so he can prove what I’m saying.

The ball beat the runner to the plate by several feet.
They prolly woulda got there at about the same time had he stayed back—so the runner prolly woulda tried to knock it loose a la Eric Byrnes/Shane Victorino…or maybe pulled a Chase Utley and gone for his head…
Anywasy, he didn’t really come THAT FAR up to catch it…and would it really be worth losing him when he’s getting hot just to possibly prevent one lousy June run? Not really…

“McFann” just got a chance to go back and look at that last photo. “Cute” as a button. Tiels are so affectionate, for birds! Know whatcha mean by “nooks and crannies” too. Have the same problem on my kitchen counter. He hides from me, and peeks out when I call his name. So dang sneaky.
