DOB, actually the first time I saw the typo in the article, I accepted it as just that, but then when I saw it the second time in your post, I started analyzing things like FG does and just assumed he maybe was putting both of them there. One for soft hits, the other for hard grounders, etc. As I said in an earlier post, who needs a leftfielder when you are playing the Yankees!

i haven’t really ragged on Diaz in a couple of months… I only allow myself to speak negatively of 1 Brave at a time. At first it was Diaz, but then Durbin took the lead. Once Durbin settled down I moved to Heyward, and am now on to Livan.
I want to see Livan pitching in North Korea next season. Hell, i want him pitching there by the end of June. He should never take the mound for the Braves again. 62mph curveball right over the heart of the plate? What a doodie head.

The real issue with our pitchers at present is their early pitch count. Delgado last night, minor already 37 pitches in 2 innings. Wont get past 5th/6th inning

Good point. Braves pitchers throw way too many pitches. They seem to have a difficult time putting hitters away after jumping ahead of them. I believe opposing pitchers are aware that when they are behind in the count against the Braves they can be patient and know that they are going to nibble.

If anything is right in this world, the Thunder will come out victorious. This NBA finals matchup is the best possible matchup of how to build a team and how not to build one.
