I have nothing against Heyward, but, as Wayne says, I don’t think he’s all that. To me he’s very overhyped and mediocre. He’s serviceable, so unless the Braves can improve in RF, I have no problem with him.

Minor’s effort isn’t wasted. If he succeeds in the rotation we get a better arm back in the pen. Like I said when everyone was calling for Meds in the rotation, we need him more in the pen.

Fredi would watch us lose 130 times in the row with a lead in the 8th before he used Kimbrel in the 8th in a tight situation like that. He is by far the worst manager in the game. He gets the least out of his talent of any manager in baseball outside of Bobby V in Boston.

Hindsight i know, but why take minor out after jeter’s single? if another guy gets on base then take him out but back your man in who has dominated. Then he leaves venters in there to face 4 batters and he got none out? Crazy. Now he brings in Gearrin who last night was lucky to get out of 2 innings with DP’s. Just stupid management.
