Don’t worry guys it’s only a 6 run deficit. We can get back those runs within the next couple of games.

Apparently the Braves cannot win if Chipper is on the DL. Even when he’s not playing, but he’s available, they win. At the beginning of the season they couldn’t find their footing until he came back, and it’s the same now!

Heyward hit .301/.421/.596 (1.017 OPS) 1st 46 games (156 ABs) of career; since then he’s hit .244/.346/.397 (.743 OPS) in 271 games (921 ABs), not counting today.

He’s hit .230 w/ .323 OBP and .399 slugging (.722 OPS) in 557 ABs since the beginning of last season.

Fredi was fired by the Marlins June 23. I hope we don’t have to wait that long. The guy I blame most? The idiot who hired him, Frank Wren.

“Nationalized TV?”

With the “competition” that exists in the cable market, it’s even worse than that.

Why nationalize when you can just protect monopolies. So much more efficient.

Exactly. Cuban said he doesn’t want to buy the Braves because they don’t need fixing or are already a great organization.

There is a reason the Marlins got rid of Freddie in the middle of the season…………. The guy is a horrible manager. With that said, the Braves early season success was a mirage. The starting pitching is BAD, the bullpen is average and the lineup is uneven and not productive. Add that to the fact the Freddie is a below average manager and Wren is crazy for thinking Minor, Delgado, or Jurrjiens could be anything other than spot starters will drive this team to look like the 1980’s Braves, a horrible team with a half empty stadium and the Atl sports professional teams will all SUCK!

Come on DOB , that’s not fair. Sure it took 92 pitches to record 10 outs.

But you’re missing the point and silver lining. It took 31 pitches to record the first out.

That means it ONLY took 61 pitches to get the next 9 outs. That’s not bad for this team. LOL
