I think Pastornicky will just turn out to be a utility guy if he ever improves his defense. He can lay down a bunt, he can put the ball to opposite field to advance the runner. He just cant get hits on a consistant basis but his defense needs to dramacically improve.

For those believing the Braves will finish in firstplace…. Are you serious? Only two reliable starters, Venters can’t pitch, McCann washed up, Chipper’s wobbly knees, Pastor Nick is an error waiting to happened (what they heck was that last night?), Uggla can’t throw, and a coach that should be managing in a seniors’ softball league.

Unlike the armchairs, you will never hear me second guess “my” team, nor will you ever hear me disparage “my” teammates…. that is the essence of what you armchairs do, without the least bit of expertise to back up your nasty comments, and believe me, that is the only reason I even come on here…. You crysters throw in with your opinions on how the game is played when not a one of you could make it in rookie-league ball… YOU DISPARAGE “MY” TEAM AND I, IN TURN, DISPARAGE YOU”… tit-for-tat, that’s all (another characteristic of whiners is that they love to dish it out to “their” team, but are loathe to be called out when they make asinine comments in areas they have NO expertise in…. your opinion vs mine, so to say, only I never make claims to know more than the managers nor would I even think about telling a major league ballplayer how to go about his business) Ijust love to watch the game, cheer ‘em on when they win and wish them better luck when they lose…
Prime example – J-Man has decided the fate and talent of “our” young ROOKIE shortstop by (I would assume) watching him for all of 35 games… really, J-Mann? The young-un has made 3 errors so far playing what is arguably the hardest position to field… he is very young and doing quite well so far and will only get better…. You’re always changing your mind from inning to inning, game to game… Biggest difference in me and you is that I understand that baseball is a game of ups and downs for all players, even the best, and only an idiot would send someone down for a bad game, or even week, or decide in 35 games that he is a utility player…. Add scouting to the list of baseball jobs you’re not qualified for…. I for one am enjoying watching him develop…
The rest of you 20-20s spend your time doing the name-calling to the very players you claim to be fans of, so I am here to give it right back…. seems to get under your skins a little bit, way more so than any of your excorations do to the players….
So, keep up with the denigration, Cryboys… love, love, love to see you boobies cry like babies when you get a dose of the same…. alexis, get in here, girl!!!! Your peeps need a new round of binkies for the incessant suck-fest you’re all on…
