Wow, those “sitting in your mom’s basement” insults are way past unoriginal. Not clever at all. Everyone always goes to the “sitting in your mom’s basement” trying to be clever.
A lot of people who want to be critical of Rev need to take into consideration that he is seeing major league pitching of teams for the first time since there are some teams that train in Arizona. Even more than that he is batting in the most difficult position in all of baseball: the 8th spot in the National League.
that is where Scully gets his cred – calling it as he sees it. also could make the argument by Fredi not arguing much, when he does come out, it could have more credence
anybody have Freeman’s splits – hitting in the 3 spot versus hitting lower in the order. He has to have a much higher average hitting 5-6th than hitting 3rd. Has to be putting too much pressure on himself or something
Uggla is killing this team defensively! And his offense is not that of a Kemp to justify 3 more years of this ugglness at 2nd! What other positions could he switch to???? With his athletic ability i guess nowhere so thats that
