Funny play at the Phills. Man on 2′nd, two outs. Swinging bunt along 1stbase line. Rolls on the line, pitcher expects it to roll foul. It doesn’t, he picks it up too late to prevent the run scoring from 2′nd.
Mets are not sound in their play, Phillies just getting into their season.

katherine, I am becoming a big fan of yours. You are the only person I’ve seen here who doesn’t like the Varsity. I too hate the Varsity. That is disgusting stuff. When I was a firefighter in Atlanta, a lot of our guys would eat at the Varsity and slow down our response times because they would be in the restroom all night.
