So far, Beachy is pitching beautifully. Absolutely impressive. Verry unfortunate to have a run against, on one good groundball and a bloop single.
Having said that, Narveson reeeeally battled there. Impressive.
Let’s stretch the pitchcount on Narveson up. Battle in that box!

Beachy doesn’t really have a pitch to put hitters away. He’s strike thrower who is effective when working ahead in the count. Marcum is similar in style (though with better stuff). The thing he does is set hitters up by working up and down and in and out.

Marcum has a better changeup, but that’s about it. I’d take Beachy’s fastball and curve anyday over those of Marcum.

Lets see, Beachy didn’t give up that run, Marcum gave up one. Each has had a perfect inning. What makes you think Narveson has anything on him. Without the wind and Prado’s error, it would still be 1-0.

Freeman had streaks last year where he couldn’t hit a lick, and then all of a sudden you could never get him out.
He’ll straighten it out soon. It’s his pattern.

Here’s an idea, leave your dogs at home. I love my english bulldog like he was my son, but home is the best place for him. That lady said her dog is a huge Braves fan. The only thing that dog is a huge fan of is licking his own sack.
